Worst UK network of all time

I have been with them on and off since 2003 and depite what some say on Internet forums pushing this new service, its still not reliable.

The phones overheat, eat batteries and are prone to failure. The network is appalling. Coverage can be OK but calls drop and fail for no apparent reason. Complaints are handled poorly by an Indian call centre where staff have little idea about the quality of service.

I'll be moving on as soon as my contract nears its end and dont care if i have to pay twice as much - it'll be worth it!

Nice to see that my experience is not uncommon - excellent review site. www.talk3g.co.uk is another good place to get info on all the 3g services - its independent and does'nt sell anything.

I'll be checking this site before making a final decision on anything in future.
