    How did BT ever lendits name to such a travesty

    My 10 Months with Bt Mobile

    Ok so theres me thinking ooh its cheaper and ooh ist Bt lets change and ooh ill take my number over, i mean what have i got to lose its BT !
    there the greatest, you know 100's are coming back and all

    So I do the porting request at the shop and thats that i think

    6 weeeks pass
    8 weeks pass - my numbers not ported

    So i think ill call those nice guys to sort it

    "Port what port uhh duhh" eventually they inform me that the request was made but its not been followed up - and i need to caal during office hours - at this point ive taken iot for granted that its taken me 1.5 hours top get this far - hey maybe their busy

    So I call during " Office Hours"

    "Port what port uhh duhh"

    Urghh - A very facety operater then expalins there has been a problem and ther e is back log and that I will be compensated £20.00 and they will make my port a "priority"

    12 weeks ?

    14 weeks ?

    I recieve my second bill, and guess what - ill give you minute


    NO port and no £20.00 refund !!!! and im still be charged by T-mobile Urghhhhhhhh

    So I go back to the retailer we will call them CPW - they say sorry mate cant help no managers in today ! - came back on Monday ?

    I f*****ng work for crying out loud

    Urghhhhhhhhhhhhh - so I call their call centre who are very helpful and promise me theyl sort it

    After another 2 weeks the numbers ported

    So you think that might be the end

    6 months into my contract i am driving home one day and guesss what - my phones barred - barred why

    I call 150 (Bt mobile from my handset and thats barred as well !!!!!!!!)

    UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    So I gets to a landline - After holding for 2hours a young irish fellow (By the way they have underpaid call centre staff in ireland who equally are not in a good mood all the time !!)

    "You havent paid your bill" what do you mean !!

    "well ah your direct debit was cancelled"

    OK i dont know why that happened - why did you not tell me

    " AH"

    I can pay now can you lift my bar

    "Ah no"

    After losing the plot

    " Ok well have the phone up in two days and will compensate ya - theres a good lad"

    Ok and ill put £100 pounds credit in my account so does not happen again i need my phone working

    "OK"

    10 Months later guess what

    I get a text message saying Ive not paid my bill,
    after holding for 2hours the rep tells me that there was a problem their and i WILL BE SENT A LETTER

    I mention to him to ensure my phone is not barred again - because the text message had threatened this very act - he told me not to worry

    1 week later guess what - My phones barred

    UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    So i phone and I say to the chap and he says my phone barred because I have not paid my bill !!!

    I insist I am happy to pay -hes having none of it

    I request to close my account and im put on hold for 2 hours to speak to the "Account Options department"

    Eventually i request close my account and to be sent a closing balsnce I face very little resistance and I am informed this will be done

    I get a phone call 1 hour later - Hello sir we cannot close your account because you owe us money

    UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    Morale of this story is dont be fooled by a LOGO
