I have a reoccurring problem with either my Blackberry7230 handset or the T-mobile network, I suspect the latter because this is a replacement 7230. My call connection gets dropped for no apparent reason while I am in the middle of a call. The reception indicator is usually on at least 3 bars and prior to the call being dropped there is sometimes a faint background buzzing noise for a second or two.
T-mobile have asked me to keep a log of where and when it occurs, although they have not offered any solution yet despite my complaints of how this is affecting my business.
The problem is intermittent, 2 or 3 times every couple of days but it does not seem to be restricted to any particular area - it has happened in W1; WC1; N8; waterloo station; Croydon. And I am usually stationary when I take the call. The calls originate from both landlines and mobiles, all too often i am talking to clients.
Also, on occasion, calls to our T-Mobile 7230's are greeted with "you have dialled an incorrect number".
Has anyone else experienced these problems on other networks? Is it a handset issue?
Can anyone shed some light on these problems -

Hi Roger,
I am experiencing the same problem with my Vodafone BlackBerry 7230. I called with Vodaphone and they don't have any answers. They suggest me to download the latest firmware. But I can't find any.
Did you had any feedback allready?
Regards Etienne
