    Hi. I have a 1.6se auto 2001. Its great but some times the power steering seems to turn of if I am in a tight spot and need to do some 3 point turns. Honda checked it out today but couldn't find a problem. They asked was it on full lock for a while but it only happens now and then sometimes from a straight position to a quarter turn.

    EPS unit under the front passenger floor carpet . check for water corrosion assuming 2001 model onwards ..

    unit should cost about £60 2nd hand and you could fit yourself
