    Greetings

    I just purchased an NEC e616/v on ThreePay last week-end and the backlight does not go on any more. There's also a very faint buzz when I put my phone to the ear. Calling and the display works OK. I have little experience with mobiles and the NEC e616 so any help would be appreciated. If it's a fault I need to travel into town to get it replaced.
