Question for an expert. Somebody I know is in the referral business. She's very good at finding goods and services for people in the US and out of the country. She has an opportunity to sell wine to an international customer via an out of country buyer's rep. Is this legal? She would buy the wine from the winery at x cost (wholesale), bill the buyer's rep for the markup, and the winery would ship the product direct to the international market where the international importer and buyer's rep. would be responsible for transportation and redistributing the wine to the retail market. Is this okay? Confused
