    Hi there,

I am looking to start Djing at small venues.
All I need now is a set of speakers. I reckon I will need around 250-300W RMS but haven't got a clue about which brands offer a good SPL adn what type of amp to have hooked up to it.

I'm sure this is a very basic question for most but I'm just starting out and would like as much info as I cane get.

    Thanks

    Sylvia

I would stick with an old favorite a Crown Amp it's a workhorse. And I have never had a problem with them.
Also JBL EON series are wonderful sounding.
    I hope that helps you
