    I would like help in trying to install my camera on to the computer. All of a sudden my photos won't load and all I get are black pictures instead of normal ones. I shall be most grateful if there is somewhere out there who could help.

    Hi my name is Sherry,,,i bought a concord duo 2000 digital camera an i had lost the software that for the camera now my camera is useless,i was hopeing to find the software for the camera so i can down load my pictures to my computor, can you help?

    I was wondering if you were able to find the software online for the camera? I have the same one, but cant find the software for it. If you could reply...it would be greatly appreciated.
