Videotalk tariff isn't videotalk at all. CON?(2 Messages)

    The talk and text tariff is straight forward enough. You get voice calls and text calls included. Now the Videotalk tariff doesn't include text messages which is fair enough so VIDEOTALK would imply videocalling instead?...NO?
    Thats right...... no! Why call it VIDEO-TALK? Whats the 'VIDEO' bit all about. Why not call it SPACETALK.... or CEREAL-TALK.... Nice and misleading. Well done three .

    There are 5 video talk & text tariffs and a further 2 tariffs that include video calls. All are inclusive video minutes.

    Other packages are Talk & Text.
    The tariff you are speaking of; where have you seen this? You have a contract whereby you thought you were getting video and you have not due to a misleading advert or poor advice?
