Briing.com Seems to have more desitnations
I found this one, there is a lot fo them, but these guys emails changes out and also have the 0844 numbers which are free for non 02 subscribers.

I tried 07744 97 4116 today assuming that since you had posted about it so much the quality must be awesome. I was wrong, the connection was terrible and I had to hang up after 5 minutes.

I regularly use 07744 97 4116 to call Indian Mobiles and landlines from my O2 mobile cross net minutes and i dont have a problem with the line quality.
Are you sure your not trying to Spam this site?

07744 97 4116 works fine Mon to Friday 24/5.
Lots of people use it to call India mobiles.
