Hi Stu,

I'm also on the lookout for a hack to mult-regionalise my Samsung P140. I know that no-one has posted a reply to your question, but did you get anything from somewhere else?

I did managed to get it done and I think this sounds like what I used.. Give it a go, it can't hurt.
