I've read Chris Gibson's ebook. Good read if you want to know how cleansing your body from within can heal your skin, and why conventional medications can aggravate your acne.



3 days to clear skin seems too quick though - especially if you haven't been doing any internal maintenance for awhile. But I do believe a good cleansing helps speed the healing process. For myself, I find aloe vera juice is really good, so is rooibos tea (no caffeine!), or lemon juice.

i know how hard it is to have acne..but please guys before treating or taking any medicine please get your doctor's opinion first to avoid getting it worst..

Yeah I tried the proactiv stuff too and it did nothing for my acne. Chris Gibsons acne 3 in 3 days! What a joke. Do a google search for "Chris Gibson" and you will find that he has 3 other scam sites where he cons people out of money (look in the sponsored links). He claims that he is the only one who knows how to naturally cure acne, bad breath, moles and help people lose weight. This man is an absolute liar and we should all work together to stop him from making oads of money from our misfortune. By the way to help clear your acne I recommend drinking plenty of water, getting 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day and supplementing your diet with vitamin B5.
