If this is the state of the telecommunications industry in this country I can only weep.
I'm on hold for 20 minutes and then the line goes dead. The various departments aren't able to connect to each other properly. They say they'll do things, and they don't. Number porting - I was without my number for a week. The situation is dreadful. Unless you have no reason to ever call their Customer Service team, don't go with them. When renewal is up, I'm off. -

Beware! I tried to end my contract with them by using a PUC number which would end the contract back in May. My number changed over to Orange, two months later I found that the BT mobile SIM card was still active and they continued to charge me and kept my SIM card working till September!!!I phoned up to cancel and they ended the contract but they still owe me money and have failed to give it back despite promising to on several occasions! What a nightmare!
