How do I rip Dance music mix cds?

Hello all,

Does anyone know how to rip a dance music CD that has been mixed by a DJ?

These CDs play on an ordinary CD player without a pause, but you are able to skip to between tracks with "invisible" markers. However when you rip them they are ripped as seperate trackes & even when you play them in order there are annoying pauses between the tracks. Is there any way you can set up advanced options, so that certain MP3 files play seamlessly after one another?

I am using jRiver's Media Centre software.
