    I have a Panasonic NV-GS15GN model, and when I use Ulead Video Studio 6 software for capturing video onto my hard-disk using the firewire connection, I noticed that the recorded date/time stamp was not captured.

    However, when I play back the video on my LCD screen or on my TV, the recorded date/time stamp does come up. Is there any setting I need to activate so I can capture the date/time stamp?

    Check users manual. However, most of camcorders have no such function.
