Australian Wine

Hi all,I'd like to know something about these wines. I went to the Cullen vineyard in Margaret River,South of Perth in 2000 and love their wines. I brought some back with me,but drank them . Now I have been given some more by a friend, a 2002 Semillion blanc and 3 bottles of their Ellen Bussell 2003. Should I drink them now, or keep them for a bit longer ? ? ? Thanks for any info given.
