I'm in USA, and for 3 years I was trying all kinds of phone cards. There are some phone cards on the gas stations that are very good, but I think the best way is to buy the phone cards on line. There are some good web sites, I tried Calling Cards and I can tell you that is very good.

There is this new calling card service called ePinns. They sell prepaid calling cards with mega cheap rates, 100% guaranteed minutes toll - free/local access numbers and most interesting of all pinless dialing to configure with up to three different numbers. So you can configure your landline, mobile number and any other number of your choice. They also offer refill cards for prepaid mobile plans such as t-mobile, alltell, cingular etc. There are also a whole lot of services such as voice over ip, international conference calls etc. Their website is http://www.epinns.info. You can pay with any credit/debit card of your choice or your paypal account. Have fun and enjoy one of the greatest deals ever. I have refilled my pinless dialing account twice already with them and I don't have any regrets at all; although I had to go through verification of my credit card after the first purchase. Ever since then, I've not had any problems with them. Try them today, I think they are just awesome
