Well... First off, I'm 16 and have a decent reliable car ('99 camry, new brakes, timing belt, 120K miles, etc.). Anyways, being a teenage guy, I REALLY don't want a granny car... you know? Anyways, my dad's friend has an old '66 mustang (you know, the V6 one's with the vinyl top?), nothing special. I think I can get it off of him for 500 bucks, but I doubt it runs as it hasn't been moved in 10 years, and the interior's completely dry rotted out, etc. The body has no dents or dings, and the windshields/doors/etc are in decent condition. I was wondering if it was worth investing 5-6K into it to restore it? I know it's no shelby or mach... but... it's still a mustang so it must have SOME value right?

*edit* I'm not sure if it's a '66... but it's around that year.
