Want to change hair color...need help..Have PIC

Hi everyone!...well, I have brown hair that I dyed a couple months ago and since then has faded since it wasn't permanent.... I dyed my hair brown from light blonde last October cuz I wanted to just give my hair some time to get healthier and grow out without me messing up the roots constantly..so anyway, my hair has grown out quite a bit and is gettting healthy...Ii decided to color my hair...I want to do it sometihng like copper red...bright but no too bright. WILL THE COLOR FADE? and if so, TO WHAT COLOR WILL IT FADE TO? I don't want it to fade too much to an ugly color. IS THERE ANY SHADE OF COPPER THAT DOESN'T FADE???..and..am Ii supposed to bleach my hair to get this color? I know red fades but I'm not sure about these copper shades. I really want to change my hair color for this for a while now but now I finally think it's about time to change my boring hair!...AND ALSO, do you think blonde highlgihts or the same shade but lighter would match?
