Facial Tan and Foundation

This may sound like a really thick question to ask, but I'm going to use fake tan this summer (like most of the population), but if I tan my face also, can I still use foundation?
I was only wondrin', coz I don't wanna look 2 tone, and my natural skin tone is pale, but I don't wanna spend the summer looking like Kat Slater, any ideas!!!

Yes, you can still use a foundation, just be sure it is the color of your skin after you self-tan. I do it every summer. I use a mineral powder foundation that I just brush on with a powder brush. But you can also use a sponge to apply too. Powder foundation is great in the summer especially when it gets hot and humid. It lasts longer on your face than a liquid. It also can give great coverage.
