Help unlocking

Hi,
I have saucessfully unlocked my Nokia 3315 DCT3 mobile with the first Sim restriction unlock code, but for the other 3, i need a GID 1, GID 2 and MSIN codes. Could someone let me know where I can find these details. I am in Australia on Optus.
