The Norton Firewall blocks hackers and resists direct attack as well as being able to handle multiple networks. There is also a Parental Control feature that can link to Windows accounts and so protecting your children against any bad content they might be exposed to.
Where Norton Internet Security is able remove the majority of spyware and viruses, it is recommended to scan your machine with other spyware detectors as well to cover the threats completely.
