Allergycare Egg-free omelette mix is better when mixed with milk not water and put into a container that can be shaken to help the mixture mix well. the best method is to put a lid on the frying pan to help the top of the omelette cook better on low setting or put under grill.

You can just add a heaped spoon of Allergycare Egg-free Omelette Mix into your cake ingredients, add a little extra moisture and mix all together. No need to whisk it separately first. It works wonders for me every time. I do this several times a week as my son is egg anaphylaxis.

Fantastic product. Pleeeeeeeease don't ever discontinue!

I am allergic to eggs and have not been able to make Yorkshire puddings for years, pancakes, cakes, buns, biscuits, no problem, but I could not make Yorkshire puddings. My family gave them 7/10.

Allergycare Egg-free Omelette Mix is great for vegetarians or for anyone who cannot tolerate eating eggs. It's basically a dry powder which you just add water to and then use to make omelettes, scrambled egg or batter mix for pancakes or frying. It can also be used in place of eggs in recipes for things like cakes, bread and desserts. It cooks and tastes exactly like egg. I use it to make yorkshire puddings and they rise perfectly everytime.
