Bad Points: No calculator.Keys start to get a bit unreliable after about 1-2 years.

General comments: The Siemens C45 is my favourite phone so far, unfortunatelly I've lost it, but definitely considering buying one again, even second hand.Phone does not have many features (compared to newer phones), it simply works, and is very easy to use. It is a mobile phone, not a media player, camera, GPS or anything. My favourite feature that I've never seen at any other brand is the automatic switch off function at a preset time of the day.I've just got a newer phone with bluetooth, camera, MP3 player, color display, etc., but since these features are hardly ever used I still want my C45 back for its excellent SMS typing.(BTW: I gave 10 points for "Value for Money", but I have no idea how much you have paid for it. It was definitely worth for me.) Very robust. Dropped many times and never broke. Most convenient SMS typing I've ever used.Automatic switch off.

Poor Battery backup on the Siemens C45. Battery cannot be replaced if damaged. We need battery, but no 1 supplies it.

I got my phone back in the summer of 2002 and the battery life is only now starting to play up. Considering that it's been on all the time, except for when was battery is flat, and I've made countless calls and texts on it, the phones done grand! It's a nice size, especialy compaired to Nokia's. The only main problems I've got with it are that the buttons can be a bit unresponsive when texting quickly, but I do stress that's only when you're texting at speed. The other gripe is when you're se ...

Siemens C45 - This is one of the many phones that I owned. I liked its light weight and orange colour illumination. The sound of the ringtones were also quite nice compared to some other monotone phones. But, however, the slow and rather unresponsive keypad gets on my nerves sometimes, especially when you are rushing through the typing of an SMS. The software is also a little unstable sometimes during games and the phone disconnected quite a number of times. The quality of the phone is also not ...

I think the C45 is a excellent phone, I bought my phone in the year 2002 and I can say that I would never look at another mobile phone again. My next phone I will be getting is the A55! The Siemens C45 is small, stylish, colourfull, and easy to use. I like to use the internet on the phone because I get to see the latest information on my handset, this is brill. I think that the receiption is clear and there are a variety of functions on this phone, but the only bad point about the C45 is tha ...

The Siemens C45 is a lovely little phone. I purchased mine in October 2002 and the phone is still in use and has never been a problem and worked hard. I can only say if your on a low budget and can get hold of one of these phones you wont regret it. Its far better than 3310 and 3410 from Nokia features wise minus Java style wise it depends if you prefer Nokia look or Siemens. C45 is probably more suitable for a woman compared to 3310, 3410 or Sony J70 (a dreadful phone beware). An ...

The Siemens C45 mobile phone seems to work generally ok I bought it because of the smart small design and the possibility of data transfer. I found that after using a Nokia this phone is very difficult to use. The navigation is ridiculous eg. the clock and alarm clock is to be found under the menu point "Get in Touch" when you do find the alarm and it rings you have to be fully awake to hit the snooze. theres no stopwatch or timer. the phones small button and display size means it's impossable t ...

This mobile is stylish easy to use, the battery is rather good, the illumination is good too, but it's killing problem is that it is the slowest (device) i've ever used even after updating the firmware 4 times it became slower!

Had this phone for over a year now and it's been fairly good, only thing which is really irritating is the daft delay in the menu's and if you press slightly too quickly, then it doesn't register it. Saying that it does stop unfortunate accidents involving miscalls or changing your settings "accidentally" My phone has survived many high-speed falls which would have finished off a flimsier phone or just unluckier one...ok, so now the screen isn't 100% anymore and if i drop it sometimes it goes ...

For the first 6 months I had this phone it was outstanding, and it did everything I wanted it to. The battery lasted a week, sometimes longer. However relatively soon the battery life dwindled, getting sometimes only 2 or 3 days out of it. Also the reception wasnt great, at home I got and 1/2, and my dad (on the same network) had nearly full on his Nokia 6310i. I liked the look of the phone, someone else obviously did too as it was stolen last week. Oh well thats life. I will be repl ...

The C45 is the first mobile I have ever had and I am not going to get rid of it soon but I think it could be designed better if some factors like what I said in "bad points" section were noticed.

My needs are simple. I just want to make and receive calls, send the odd text and change the ring-tones from time to time. The Siemens C45 does it all for me. Plenty of ringtones available and if the cover does get banged around then I can get a replacement cover for £5. The birthday and diary facilities are an excellent feature. The WAP works well and the T9 text facility works really well. All in all a great little phone and a little bit different from your "run of the mill" Noki ...

I loved this phone when i first got it. With its fun look and changeable covers i felt this was the phone for me. This phone is great for WAP and games (only 3 but good). It also has a fun layout of the menu which you can change to big or small. It also has fun picture messages to send and also sound can be attached although this is not so good if no-one you know has the same phone! The separate phone book button was confusing at first as am used to finding it in the menu but once in the pho ...

I got this phone for my birthday in May after having a C35i. I was very impressed - I liked all of the games, the WAP, and the ringtones. I was slightly dissapointed about the lack of a composer, but there are a few sites on the mobile internet where you can download new ringtones. The phone is quite easy to use; it is very similar to the C35i in the way it functions etc. I would recommend it to anyone. Oh, and it looks really good - especially with the orange backlight!
