“Newer doesn't mean better !”

I am a 7 handicap golfer that used to be off 3. I have tried several sets of irons to maintain a low handicap. I recently fancied a change from my Ping G5 irons and wanted something 'forgedish' that had some offset and a cavity back. There are a few choices (The new Nike VR's took my eye briefly for example).
