Good Points: 9 shot mag - excellent
reloading - fairly quiet - incredibly easy
synthetic stock - great, means im not afraid to carry it around or if i knock it, it dosent scratch.

Bad Points: Its to easy to load 2 pellets into the barrel at the same time.

General comments: A brilliant air gun! Could shoot a fly off a horses backside from 50 yards! I use logun penetrators (pellets) and they seem to be spot on with this gun. They fly incredibly straight, would recomend them to anyone with an enigma. I do alot of vermin control - mostly squirels, pigeons and rabbits, and this gun allows me to hit and kill 99.9% of everything i shoot. Make sure you get a decent silencer for it. The one that comes with it is rubbish. I have been using a parker hale which is designed for live fire rifles. it is good, but its nothing compared to the logun silencer which makes my gun sound like a light breath of air. All in all, i couldnt be happier with any other airgun.

Brocock are a company that is usually renowned for making toy's. DO NOT BE FOOLED, this is no toy! This is a truly wonderful air rifle. I could shoot a fly off a horses backside from 50 yards! I use 'logun penertrators' (pellets) and am sure that you cant find a better pellet for this gun. (please let me know if you know any better). They fly straight and true, and at 40yards I can accomplish 9 shots at less than 1cm spread! I do a lot of vermin control and this gun allows me to hit and kill 99. ...

Fast handling and straightforward action, you get lot of gun for your money with the Brocock Enigma. The bad points are possibly the single for end fixing and the bottom sling swivel being a different size to the top

I am a full-time pest & vermin contractor in the North of England, who also does a lot of feral pigeon clearance work. I used my Logun S16 until I recently damaged my L shoulder, forcing me to acquire a lighter weapon.
I have fired approx 600 pellets through my "Enigma" to date and have been impressed with it's consistency & stopping power. It is light enough to carry without causing fatigue. I regularly take birds from rafters at approx 40--50yds (when resting against walls or doorfram ...

Have had my Brocock Enigma just over a year now and love it.

I have to say that when I first opened the packaging, I was sorely disappointed as it did rather look like a child's toy with the stick on foam grips. However, I persevered and fitted the sound moderator, bipod and a Nikko Sterling Mount Master 3-9x40 telescopic sight. I "pellubed" my pellets and off I went without a backward glance.

About a month passed and I started to notice a problem with the cocking mechanism to the degree t ...

Britain has the reputation of being amongst the finest gun makers. Brocock are no exception.
The Enigma is superb, very comfortable to use and hold, well balanced and accurate, the multi-shot magazine is flawless. It looks as good as it handles.

If you have the money to buy one of these, either as part of your collection or as your main hunting tool. Buy one.

I bought the Deluxe version of the Enigma about 5 weeks ago. I am very impressed with its use so far, its comfortable, powerful and has a mean look. I am still technically bedding in the barrel, as I am aware most air rifles need about 500-800 shots before they properly settle down. I have had very tight groupings (as small as 5p pieces) at 30 Yards, and I imagine it will be good for hunting which I intend to do soon. With bisley pellets I have not had much luck, it seems to scatter them for me. ...

I was wondering if any one else owned an Enigma and if so could they tell me what I am doing wrong with it to make it shoot high and is there anything I can do to make it more accurate. But apart from that I think it's a brilliant gun
