    Good Points: Saying that, I have always found the help desk to be very helpful when you call them


    General comments: Becoming more frustrated with this platform. Now I cannot even login to the CityIndex Spread Betting website let alone the trading platform. Yesterday FTSE was untradeable for most of the day ( for no reason ) even though my P+L was changing the market was indicated as closed. Often the charts are mangled by a dodgy tick. Under any sort of load you get a market has moved in the last 3 seconds. The charts max out my CPU for some reason even though I am running the latest version of java. The trading platform can be very slow.
