I have used Parcel Fusion many times and am extremely pleased with the service received, booking was straightforward, parcels have been collected on the correct collection date, the driver leaves a collection manifest with a list of tracking no's, delivery arrives next day and the parcels arrived in good condition. What more can I ask for, I only pay £7.99 per parcel, I think they are great, the post office want £23 for the identical item. I have not had to complain to them at all ...- Read renaissance123's review (109 words)

In my experience with Parcel Fusion, it took over 3 months to send a parcel which was on next day delivery. In my opinion, I received a bad service.- Read Guest's review (28 words)

Very poor service generally, although it was good value for money, and the time spent on the phone and sending emails, and worrying about the outcome, was not worth the financial saving. Fortunately the package arrived at its European destination without a hitch, but I wouldn't like to have tried claiming on the special insurance I bought, since parcel fusion never provided any paperwork confirming I'd bought it!- Read infuriating's review (133 words)

Parcel Fusion didn't even attempt to do the collect & delivery service I paid for. They do not reply to emails and there is no contact phone no. I will be giving this company a very wide berth in future.- Read Rhiannon303's review (39 words)

I arranged a parcel collection from one part of the country and delivery to another. I rang Parcel Fusion www.parcelfusion.com and chased on three occasions after the collections didn't happen on the days that they were booked. Each time they were re-booked, but collection didn't happen. For several days the phones and e-mails were unanswered and I thought Parcel Fusion must have gone bust! When I eventually contacted them again they re-booked the collection/delivery, but AGAIN the collection di ...- Read jmrackowe's review (118 words)

Parcel Fusion refuse to issue VAT invoices or provide a VAT number. I have emailed them on many occasions, and even spoke to them directly. No use! Parcel Fusion used to be a good bargain, but now they are overpriced and provide a lousy service (if indeed it can be called a service).
Of all the online courier providers I have used, the best one has been Parcels 4 Delivery (www.p4d.co.uk). I cannot thank them enough for the excellent services they provide.- Read Kurt Winkle's review (87 words)

Whatever money was saved has been lost by the amount of time-wasting. I have lodged an official complaint with the Customs & Excise Office over their refusal to issue VAT invoices, although they charge an amount purporting to VAT.- Read mh25's review (50 words)

I have found this company to be excellent value for money and reliable. I have used them about 40 times for my UK deliveries, and I have so far had no problems. I usually like to speak to a human, so I was a bit dismayed when I saw the website had no phone number. I emailed in to Parcel Fusion requesting a telephone number, and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from a very nice fellow who answered all my queries regarding the service. He also gave me a telephone number, so I can ring ...- Read mick623's review (152 words)

Poor customer service, and they are more expensive than most now. I ordered a next day delivery that took a week to get to it's destination, even though the full address including post code + telephone number was given. No refund given. No contact number, so when problems arise you have to email them with mostly no reply. Although I have found a contact number through their .com whois.
I will never use them again.- Read active's review (104 words)

I have used parcelfusion for about 3 months now, has saved me a bundle of money. The couriers drivers are very professional, polite, helpful people. Would recommend parcelfusion to anybody with small businesses sending out various amounts of parcels per week, or even as a one off.- Read Pauly50's review (74 words)

They do not issue invoices, so beware if you are VAT registered. All you are issued with is a Paypal receipt!! Also, the TNT driver left one of my parcels in someones back garden, and it was torrential rain, and they never put a card through the letterbox. The parcel was ruined. However, Parcel Fusion refuse to cough up because the driver signed for it!!
I won't be giving them my money again!- Read milliemac's review (80 words)
