Good Points: None
Bad Points: Unhelpfulcustomer service in my experience...
General comments: I've tried to contact 999inks to get an RMA re several faulty cartridges that need to be returned for a refund. Have tried telephone and email - not yet as far as I am aware had a response.
999inks not recommended. Save your money and look elsewhere for your supplies in my opinion.

Ordered printer inks on 10 Oct 2008. The money left my account four days later, but ten days later no ink has arrived, despite a statement on the 999inks site saying they guarantee free first class next day delivery.
I have had no email or call to say the items are out of stock or that there is a problem with the order or delivery in any way
Have made several calls to 999inks, but all calls go to voicemail and no one it seems has yet returned my calls. Have emailed twice but no response yet as ...

I used 999 inks previously and without fail they sent out the itoners for next day delivery, but I ordered a quad pack recently and 2 weeks later I am still waiting for it to turn up, will definiately not be using them again.

As far as I am concerned I was not told that the items were out of stock, first of all I know when parts of an order are missing.
Then I chased up all I could but it seems I have not yet got an email back or update me where the missing items are.
Most i've had is - its out of stock should be in this week, then every few weeks - the same routine in my experience...
Therefore I do not recommend 999 Inks.com

Found the goods to be of great quality and very cheap prices. Ordered one day and they arrived the next.

I bought an Epson printer cartridge from 999 Inks and it did not work, so they sent me out 2 more, but neither of them worked either! They will not answer phone calls or emails, and I still have not had a refund, despite their claims of a 100% guarantee.

I have a one year old Canon Pixma IP3000 printer which has always been fit and healthy until using inks from 999inks.com. The inks kept drying in the print-head, and the yellow ones turned green. Eventually the printer wouldn't work at all. Despite desperate attempts to clean it, it just wouldn't print. I sent the inks back and got a refund for the inks (not return postage). The printer is now on the scrap heap, as a printer head costs almost as much as a new printer.
