A shocking company!

The cartridges they sent me wouldn't work and fouled up my printer. When I rang them they agreed a full refund but I'm still waiting despite numerous phone calls.
Now in the hands of the credit card company.

Never ever again!!!!

The goods didn't arrive as assured and the company has not responeded to e-mails and letters sent to them. I have spoken with sales staff by phone who cheekily suggested the problem was of my making! They offer competitive prices on the web site but I would urge caution as the sales/support service is next to non-existent.

I bought Ink with the company advertising '999 urgent delivery same day dispatch' as I finish mine on the middle of printing a job with a dead line...after waiting at home for 4 days to not miss the delivery, send 2 emails and make 2 phone calls, holding for 10 minutes on a 845 number, nobody replied or answered .
I had to go on the street and buy the ink full price when other internet companies have their own courier and deliver next day guarantee. I choosed the wrong one, I will never use ag ...

999 inks delievered as promised but clogged up my printer needing a MAJOR service to sort it out plus replacement with Epson originals to get it working properly

Seemed cheap at the time but cost me a fortune !!

999 Inks is the cheapest on site. Ordered Tuesday and received Saturday. Installed in printer and works fine.

Avoid 999 Inks like the plague, you definitely get what you pay for here. Of the 4 ink cartridges I bought, only one of them worked properly, the other 3 didn't run freely despite multiple head cleanings and nozzle checks. Their customer service is beyond dreadful, they either don't reply to enquiries or take over a week to reply, not the "one business day" promised on the automated email reply you get straight away.

I only gave one star on each question because it was mandatory, and zero was unfortunately not an option. 999 Inks gave no replies to emails or refund when requested as items out of stock .ORDER AT YOUR PERIL!!!!!

My order with 999 Inks was placed on Monday 17th August 09. Paid £13.95 via Paypal. Contacted this supplier 28th Aug. by telephone who promised to post that day. I am still waiting.Sept.7th.09. Be warned ORDER FROM THIS DEALER AT YOUR PERIL. they are rubbish

I have been waiting now for 4 weeks and after several phone calls which just leave you on hold and three e mails which I ve received automated replies stating someone will respond within a working day I have heard nothing. I wish I d never used 999 Inks and will certainly never use it again

This company is useless. I wish I'd seen these reviews before I came across 999 inks. I'm still waiting for my order. Money has been taken of course. They don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone, you're just left on hold being told you're call is very important but never get through to anyone. 'Emergency inkjets on time' is their slogan, what a load of rubbish. Trading Standards should know about this sorry excuse of a company! I've only given one star because I have to!

After ordering inks from 999 Inks in a hurry my order finally arrived 16 days later; the inks completely clogged up the printer which now needs a major service.

Inks have now been returned after waiting four weeks for a returns envelope, i am still waiting for the refund i was promised.

All this started in JUNE

Phones - kept waiting then cut off - out of at least 20 calls only one has been answered by a human.

Messages - only answered when it suits them

Customer service - slimey but full of ...

I placed an order with 999 inks they sent me my order within 3 days. sadly my order was not complete, it is now eight days since I placed my order, I have left 2 messages on their answerphone No one has contacted me back I have also sent them 6 e-mails still no one has contacted me back regarding my order what is going on I wont use this company again

I have used 999 inks for about 5 years now and only had one problem.
when I change my printer from a Epson to a canon PIXMA iP 4500 the first replacement compatible cartridges they sent to me were not clip.
So I phoned 999inks and who were very apologetic and said they would replace the Cartridges as soon as possible.
In the next morning post true to word I got my replacement cartridges and some photo paper as well.
I have never had a problem with quality of prints both with the Epson and my Can ...

I have purchased many items from 999inks and I have been very pleased with them everytime. I would recommend this website to anyone looking for cheap and excellent cartidges. Shipping is very efficent and it is normally posted within the next working day. 10/10!

999 Inks advertise low prices on Google but on website their prices are much higher. They make promises they do not keep: say they have run out of stock of item ordered and you receive a substitute not requested.

I placed an order with 999 Inks for a relative and, despite taking the money for the order after 10 working days he had received zip. Despite several emails, at least 2 faxes and a letter asking for a refund neither of us got a reply from the company and no refund.

Eventually, and probably on the threat of follow up action, the order finally arrived nearly 4 weeks late - not bad when they quote 1-4 working days!. They had obviously panicked as they had been forced to make the order up partly ...
