No exaggeration - but the 2006 Graffigna Centenario Cabernet Sauvignon has to be one of the most unenjoyable bottles in my life. It burns. It hurtsd the roof of my mouth. It makes my nostril flare in pain. But other than that, I'm sure it is a wonderful choice. Try it and see if I am wrong. Also, i tried it with a meal, and trying to finish it next day with clean palate. This is truly homemade hell in a green bottle.

Graffigna tastes like it was produced as a result of an industrial chemical reaction with grapes, yeast, and some additives not declared on the label (tastes like it was originally heavily chlorinated tap water). No talons. 13.0% alc by vol true 87.0% something else... (read more)
