    Found the product and delivery to be excellent. Misco's live online chat service was a nice touch. Happy with service.

    Misco are quick, prices are lower, wide range of shipment methods available After another online shop failed me, I ordered a printer at least £25 cheaper than the market. The shipping price is a bit high They dispatched it the same day and emailed me the tracking number. What else would I have wanted?

    Web site says next day delivery, ordered Thursday @ 5pm, today is Monday and still have not received anything yet. Called them - their reply was they had to order from supplier, why it was saying on the website that item is in stock then?

    I found them to seem unprofessional and incorrect information about stock affected our company workflow and we will not use their services again.

    I bought a printer from Misco because they were by far the cheapest. How I have paid for that mistake! The printer arrived in a battered old box and immediately my suspicions were aroused. Anyway inside it appeared ok, so I set it all up and then tried to print ... and spent about 2 hours trying, with various emails to HP customer services before being told there was a hardware fault and I should return it.

    Misco have had the printer back for 5 days now and still haven't authorized a refund yet ...

    I ordered a notebook PC on Friday and then rang to confirm they did have them in stock and could deliver Sat before noon, for which I paid extra. The box arrived but it's the wrong model, I rang them immediately and was told they could do nothing till Mon and then someone would phone.Having promised to contact me today there has been no call.     I ordered a portable hard drive case which only took 2 days to arrive, this is the first time I have dealt with this company and I am impressed with the service and also with the product.
    They have a well laid out website and good product range, mine was only a small order so I can't say how they would deal with a larger order or returns but based on my own experience of this company I would certainly order from them again.

    At the beginning of July I bought a Toshiba laptop from Misco. A few weeks after purchasing it, it has stopped working; it keeps restarting itself and the blue screen appeared. I called the Toshiba centre, and I was told it was probably a hardware problem, as it was not possible to restart the computer through a Toshiba Product Recovery CD.     I have bought a few products over the years from Misco, and generally, when everything works OK they are fine. However, I have had two reasons to contact their tech support, and in both cases all they did was refer me to the manufacturers tech support. Also, I wanted to return one item after 2 days of trying to get it to work, and they refused point blank to let me know the returns procedure. Under mail order protection, companies are supposed to refund any money within 2 weeks of purchase, but ...

    They are generally a good company, who won't mess you around on refunds. They can be difficult to contact though, as they don't reply to emails, and it takes about 20 minutes to get through on the phone line.

    After placing an order with Misco, using my Paypal account, I was told that it was only accepted from verified Paypal members and that this would take about a week to do. I was given the option of cancelling or proceeding with the verification. I got the verification, and after notifying Misco that I was verified, my case arrived hassle free.

    Initially, I had a good experience during website review. Price for the item ( Daxten KVM switch) was almost 30% cheaper than at the vendor's website. I was told that there were many in stock, so I ordered online. About 5 days later I called customer service to inquire about the shipment because I hadn't received a tracking number.     I bought a surge protected power board as well as a UPS power board from Misco. Misco were offering them for a good price. I paid for 3 day delivery and the items were sent with 1 day delivery, so I received them early. I would definitely recommend Misco.

    I ordered a hard drive from misco.co.uk in order to repair my computer. I am a student and I needed to be back online ASAP, so I decided to buy from the internet to "save time". How wrong I was.

    Google turned up misco.co.uk, a website which delivers electrical equipment and components. I ordered a SATA hard drive and went for the next day delivery option for an extra few quid.

    Cut to a week later, half a dozen unanswered emails, no hard drive and the order still "being processed" whatever ...

    I bought an Asus A8N Motherboard in August 2005 by December 2005 it had broken down due to a Chip-set Fan fault, don't get me started on that one, see My Asus review for that story. My issue with Misco is that they have kept me waiting three months for a replacement and still I am no closer to knowing when I might get My PC working again. I know it was Asus shoddy workmanship that caused the problem but Misco have shown no compulsion to resolve the issue quickly either. I would advise people t ...
