Order some flowers for a morning delivery for my wife's Birthday. I received a email at 1045 on the day of delivery to inform me they were cancelling my order and refunding the money. “very poor quality”

i received a bouquet for my birthday by the next day all the roses had died and the other flowers were wilted, i havent the heart to tell my daughter she wasted her money, i have tried to contact the company but it appears impossible unless you want to spend money. this is a service i certainly wouldnt recommend… Read Full Review

They are clearly using flowers that are not fresh and I would never recommend them

Some relatives kindly sent my mother some flowers for her 82nd birthday. The flowers were smelling and dying on the first day she received them. On the second day she put them in the conservatory because of the smell. (Roses and Stocks). They clearly do not use fresh flowers in their bouquets. I e-mailed Serenata Flowers (note: there is NO way to contact them by telephone. I now know why). They did send a replacement bouquet to my mother, but guess what? I never write reviews but I am so shocked at the terrible service I thought I should share. I ordered flowers for my brother & sister in laws wedding anniversary - I was charged for the flowers but got an email saying 'delivery failed'. Since then I have tried to contact them numerous times (no phone service makes that difficult) and I either get no response, or an automated reply saying 'your reason for contacting us was unreadable'. “Poor website, worse delivery”

I ordered flowers for an anniversary to be delivered to my wife's office. They arrived at 7:40pm (9 hours after leaving dispatch), when only the reception was open. I had to travel in the next day just to pick up the items (as my pregnant wife was not working that day). Customer service were apologetic but unhelpful, stipulating the 'Guaranteed next day delivery' could arrive anywhere between 7am-9pm. “Links to internet are not recognised”

I ordered some flowers for my stepmother's 86th birthday. She has just moved into a care home and I needed to amend the address. Customer services cannot be contacted by phone so I had to contact them online. I did this on three occasions and received a different link each time. “absolutely diabolical service ”

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my partners birthday as a surprise. the only surprise I got was the flowers never arrived stating the driver couldn't gain access to the property. The recipient was in all day waiting for this surprise on her birthday there was no knock on the door and access to the property isn't exactly difficult as I am in a ground floor flat and my front door leads on to the street. “What is Serenata not telling us?”

I placed an order a week in advance for flowers to be delivered on 17th June, as I was to be away. When I got home, I tracked the order on 18th June to ensure that they had been delivered safely. Not only had they not been delivered but I was given a story that the trailer containing the flowers had gone on fire, and that they had sent me an e-mail on 16th June to advise. “Appalling quality and even worse customer service”

Please be warned !Ordered a bouquet for a colleague to celebrate her wedding. Vase was broken due to being packed with one sheet of tissue paper. However, flowers were sad and tired looking. I wish I could upload a picture to show the difference in the bouquet advertised on the site and the one actually received.The flowers were on the brink of being withered and looked as if they had been thrown together - they looked more like a bunch of weeds! A balloon was also part of the order which was not delivered although I was still charged for it! First time using on line flower delivery and cannot fault. Ordered 1630 Monday and delivered by lunch Tuesday day better than ordering locally in some cases. Text messages/emails along route giving updates, have not seen flowers but recipient said the flowers where lovely and fresh (Twigiht) and the vase still in tact. Disgusted with Serenata flowers. We have not had them four full days yet and most of them are dead. My partner said they looked like a supermarket bouquet. Serenata claim to do free delivery, but from the cheap look of the flowers, I would say £5.00 flowers & £15.00 delivery. Sent them e-mails with photographs but have not heard from them yet. Had a similar experience, sent flowers to my Dad in hospital. The hospital refused to take them. They refused to refund my money and wanted to charge me 50% extra to have them redelivered! There is no customer service.To all that are thinking of using them, go to a trusted company the AVOID
