I ordered these flowers for my Aunties 80th Birthday. I ordered them in advance thinking they would arrive on time. How wrong was I. I checked the tracker which kept saying out for delivery ( which I later found out they wasn't) there's no telephone number to call just an email address which is annoying. “Wrong day wrong flowers”

Ordered 12 red roses online for next day delivery. Flowers were meant to arrive on Sunday for my partners birthday. They did not arrive until Monday and when they did they were not red roses they were a mix of other flowers. I have ordered before for my mum and the flowers were of poor quality, when my mum complained on my behalf they did send out a new bunch. I ordered flowers from serenata for next day delivery on Monday as it was for Stornaway the website told me Wednesday was the earliest so that's fine I accepted this. I got a message on Tuesday to say my flowers are out on delivery so when I tracked online in Wednesday the status was the same. I ordered flowers for my anniversary from this company. It was next day delivery and ordered with a few extras with it as it was a special anniversary. It got to 19:00 the next day and still no word from my girlfriend from her surprise I had sent to her work place?? as she had not long left on her shift, I had to tell her to wait till 20:00 as that's the last point of delivery and I have ordered something for her. Order flowers for mothers birthday. The flowers that arrived were not as per the image on website and driver literally dumped them at the door. Tried to speak to Serenata about this which was impossible. Got fobbed off with emails and BS - Never visiting this site again and advise anyone considering to use it to stay away. “Very poor quality ”

I was the recipient of some serenata flowers in June. The bouquet was a mixture of roses, chrysanthemums and alstroemerias and on the day of the delivery looked very nice, although a couple of the roses were already tinged with brown and the remainder were drooping. I followed the care instructions to the letter and also placed the flowers in a cool room, but within days all the roses had died and the alstroemerias had become to lose petals too. “Avoid!”

Worst customer service ever, apparently they have no access to a telephone to call elderly and worried clients about a duplicated order. The only e mails my 80 year old mother received were links back to the home screen and not even to any customer service department. I would really carefully consider using this service. There is NO WAY to contact this company via phone - all communication is via email and they are not at all quick to get back to you, especially if you have a problem. I bought a bouquet for delivery and they attempted delivery, but said they failed to deliver the flowers. The recipients were in their flat and heard no doorbell ring. Made a order at 10 pm at night realised I had sent to wrong address no contact number only have to email customer services tried to change address 2 hours after making order sent numerous emails finally got a email back at 9 am next day to say cannot change address, they say they have 24 hour customer service which is not true! Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. They arrived a day late. When challenged they insisted that they tried to deliver but there was no one in. We were in all day waiting for them. They would not accept this saying that the delivery note showed were not in. The implication being that we were liars. Apart from that the roses lasted 4 days. Very disappointed with this company. I ordered a £50 bunch of flowers for Sister in Law's birthday. They replaced the roses for lilies, to which she is very allergic. I have tried contacting the company - impossible. Automated email reply saying they'd look into it, but over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't had a response. They don't do all their own bouquets - they have partner florists.
