“Roses brown and past their best”

Received a bouquet including 5 cream roses. The roses were brown on the edges and tired. The worst was brown on 7 rows of petals, reaching well towards the centre. I contacted customer services to be told they were guard petals & when they fall off the flowers will be 'as advertised' so they can do nothing. If flowers in the condition of mine were advertised I don't think they'd sell any! I won't be using them again… Read Full Review

“Absolute disgrace!!!”

First and last time I will use this company! I ordered for Mother's Day and because my Mam is quite ill I wanted it to be extra special so I paid more for grandissimo which should be bigger than deluxe received less than standard size, Asda wouldn't of charged a tenna! “Avoid at all costs!”

I ordered a £24.95 bouquet for Mothers Day and when they arrived yesterday they were absolutely appalling and nothing like the image shown on their website. There were just 6 flowers stuffed in a box with a load of advertising literature. A massive disappointment. I had tried to look at reviews for this company before ordering and did think it strange that there are no reviews shown on their own social media sites... clearly a company that are editing out negative reviews. “Won't recommend”

I ordered flowers for a friend who had a close death in the family. I ordered on the 16th for delivery on the 20th. My friend didn't receive the flowers! The funeral is today and serenata are only offering delivery for tomorrow which is unacceptable and won't compensate either. “Attrocious Service and Flowers”

Firstly ! Avoid this company ! All glitter and no substance. They have FALSE telephone numbers and as for the LIES they have printed about feedback , it's all their own prints. “Go to Tesco, Same standard but much cheaper!!”

If you want to send flowers that appear to have been brought from a Petrol station forecourt then this is the Florist for you!! Honestly, If you like/love the person these are going to then spend an extra fiver and use Interflora! Complained to customer service and their response was for me to count how many flowers there were. “Four very disappointing bunches of flowers”

Ordered 4 bouquets as thank you gifts for a large conference and I ended up being highly embarrassed at giving them out as they were so small. I paid £19.99 for bouquets they say normally retail @£26.99. I reckon for £10 I could have got much better at Tesco. There is no customer service phone number working - if you Google it and try all the different listed numbers they are all no longer available. “Careful re the delivery date!!”

The flowers are around £10 / £5 cheaper than most florists, so if you want to save a bit of money and look like your flowers are an after thought to the recipient, go ahead. These clowns were supposed to deliver a bouquet of flowers and a Happy Birthday balloon to my Mum for her 80th birthday. Despite having placed the order several days prior, no flowers showed up on my Mum's birthday. “Embarrassing awful present of flowers”

A belated birthday gift for a colleague who was left wondering who sent the flowers as they forgot to send card - sorry I owned up to it being me when I saw the sorry bunch of supposed to be "super deluxe bouquet" which turned out to be a drab looking bunch in a cardboard box - so embarrassed I ended up at a local florist to get a decent bouquet and hand delivered - sent photo photo to seranata who simply replied to say the standard was acceptable to them and they would only refund 10 percent… Read Full Review

I ordered flowers for my wife. They sent old flowers, especially the roses were brown. They will not refund or resend... Just a bunch who use internet to see out of date flowers. Avoid and report to your local trading standards so hopefully one day soon they will be stopped ripping people off ...

Very disappointed with the service from Serenata. Their website froze on me twice and reset some of the parameters (delivery date) when it unfroze. It took my payment fine. Their website is not fit for purpose. I picked serenata because they had some cheap offers...now I understand why! “Undelivered order”

I ordered flowers for our golden wedding anniversary on the Saturday. We waited all day but they did not arrive. I emailed them Sunday and Monday but had no reply. I tried again on Monday and they said my order had not been processed but I could order again. For a second golden anniversary? “Very disappointing all round”

The flowers arrived a day late. The lilies were creased and bown-edged and the open ones would be going over very soon. The roses were fully out with curled brown tinged petal edges. The freesias were creased too. Not all the stems had been kept moist in the pot filled with what looked like a dampened hand-towel and too many stems had not been stripped of leaves properly. I assumed "next day delivery" means office hours. Half way through the ordering process I have been notified that it could be as late as 8pm, even later on spacial occasions. 2nd of June is hardly a special event and my gift has been delivered at 8:21pm at an office address so completely missed the recipient. When I complained about this late delivery I have been told that the terms and conditions state up to 9pm. I just think it is unacceptable to deliver flowers so late in the date. “Dead flowers and poor POOR customer service”

A friend odered flowers to cheer me up following a death of a dear friend of mine, the flowers arrived on time but the quality was terrible. Most had wilted and were dying, could not have been fresh from the start. My friend has been trying to get her money back but the customer service has been dreadful by ignoring request for refund and to add salt in the wound sending her an emails trying to sell her more flowers!!
