    Confirmed my order right away and debited £130 from my card, yet flowers did not turn up, called customer services and they came up with some rubbish about an email security check,(although money already debited from my account). Said they would refund money, but stil to get it.

    WOULD NOT USE AGIAN, VERY POOR SERVICE.

    I decided to send a lovely lilly bouquet for my mother's birthday and I used the services of Serenata Flowers and I was very pleased. Their website is really easy to use and there are so many good options to choose from. The delivery was made on time and my mom was very happy with them, she sent me some photos of the bouquet and it was amazingly beautiful! Also, the flowers lasted a really long time, way past her birthday so I was happily surprised. I will definitely be using their services agai ...

    I've used a number of online florists in the past and have had mixed results with many. I decided to try a new name, to me at least, SerenataFlowers.com. Fortunately, I'd not seen any negative reviews for them before so took them at face value.

    Firstly, their website was clean and tidy and easy to navigate. Lots of useful categories to help those of a floral disadvantage find the ideal product for the occasion, budget etc.

    Brilliant. Serenata kept me in touch with my order from the time i placed it until the recipient had it delivered (on time). Pro-acive order status information that I have never seen the like of before - even at Argos, Amazon and other large companies. Fantastic.

    Never ever use this company, they do not have good customer service and would not answer the complaint that within one week the flowers were dead. Whilst I appreciate the life of flowers will not exceed 14 days I expected more longevity given the price. My flowers from Tescos last at least 10 days.

    Shocking shocking company, avoid.

    I ordered some roses from Serenata for my girlfriend for our anniversary. On the day they were meant to arrive, I stumbled upon the reviews here and quietly started to brick myself thinking I may have just sunk £34 on a lemon.     I sent flowers to my friend. They did arrive on time, in a box delivered by postman. Flowers had been really in bad shape. If you want to impress - don't order from Serenata.
    P.S. I still have my order reference to proof

    Ordered flowers from what appeared to be good website. Got text from Serenata Flowers to confirm order and delivery the next day. Money taken out of my account. Guess what- NO DELIVERY. Phone numbers unavailable, sent message via their website for call back- NEVER HAPPENED, sent e-mail- GOT REPLY APOLOGISING FOR STATE OF FLOWERS- funny that as they were never delivered so don't know about the state of them. Wish I had read this website first as in my case sentiment has been missed.

    This Serenata Flowers website was quick to confirm my order and quick to debit my credit card. They did not deliver the flowers on the same day despite charging me extra for this. They then compounded the poor service by failing to respond to repeated requests for information and resolution.

    I am very very upset (at work also) about the service I've received from Serenata flowers.
    Before placing my order I called the hospital to where they were to be delivered to and checked that they receive deliveries and was told that they do and I was given the ward details.
    I then placed my order online on the Thursday and was then emailed back on the Friday at 17:58 to be told that they couldn ' t deliver the flowers.

    Ordered flowers for a friend in hospital from Serenata Flowers. Didnt ask anything about them for a week as it looked like I was fishing for a thank you. Eventually asked how they where, only to find out never arrived. Emailed them, and got rapid reply saying "refused by hospital" and they offered to redeliver week-old flowers as a "goodwill gesture". I refused week-old ones and asked for refund. Ended up persuing via www.moneyclaim.gov.uk.

    the flowers i ordered from serenata flowers cost me £35.oo and i was very dissappointed with them.they did not look like the picture and although they appeared fresh they toppled pver all the time as we did not have a vase handy. i would have expected them to be in a gift display box. i will not be using them again and have learned by my mistake the expensive way .

    Solution - order a chargeback from your CC company - I got it.
    Serenata Flowers have a very, very poor service. Can't review the product as the flowers never replied. Quite ironic that a company selling things to cheer people up should end up annoying so many people. Their website is misleading. They splash customer service all over it but offer anything but. When you order flowers several days in advance for a specific day, you expect them to arrive on the day - that's the whole point. They d ...

    I live in the US and my girlfriend lives in the UK. It is tough having a long distance relationship. To cheer her up, I ordered flowers from SerenataFlowers.co.uk. They were delivered on time. However, the flowers were in bad shape; some were dying and some of them fell off their stems as she took them out of their box.     Ordered flowers from Serenata Flowers in advance for mums birthday....did not arrive on the day, they blamed it on parcelforce although there was no transaction recorded with the reference number they gave me.

    Rep called me to say it was unacceptable and offered me a full refund and would still deliver the flowers the day after which seemed like a wonderful gesture but the flowers never did arrive.

    I purchased flowers for valentines day from Serenata Flowers and they arrived a day early! The customer service did not seem to care, and have not yet accepted any responsibility or have done anything to remedy. It completely ruined my gesture and made me look an idiot.

    After ordering valentines day roses from Serenata Flowers I was surprised to hear my girlfriend say she had missed a delivery of 'perishable goods' on the 13th. I explained that this was not a satisfactory alternative to the delivery date specified. I was unable to collect the flowers from the mail office. They said i should have ordered them for the Sunday if i wanted them on Saturday! They flatly refused to refund or redeliver despite their 100% satisfaction slogan on the website. Very poor cu ...

    I sent flowers to my friend and she was really upset by the quality of what she had in a post box delivered by Royal Mail. When I checked flowers... well, I think the petrol station got better quality than that. Sorry.
