“waste of money”

I bought these flowers for my wife, after a day they started to wilt and die. A complete waste of money. Flowers bought from a local supermarket from a relative are still looking good. The only good thing that came with the flowers was the fudge, that was good. Perhaps I was unlucky, and was wondering if these flowers are picked kept in a fridge to last longer and once brought out and placed in room temperature they just drop. “Flowers arrived 2 days late and were nearly dead”

Flowers due on Saturday, mother in law stayed at home all day for delivery. Apparently YODEL (worst courier company ever) knocked twice to deliver but no one answered. No card was left and on contacting seranta they informed me that they would retry on Monday. Well they did arrived at 7pm on Monday evening some two days, they were half dead and no in any water at all. Was no what the good reviews stated and worst experience and waste of money. “Use a different florist!!!”

Please take note - when ordering flowers from Serenata they are boxed up and sent via Yodel, not via a local florist. I ordered my wife some flowers and found the they can be delivered any time up to 9:00PM! In fact, when contacting Yodel the delivery time is between 12:00 and 9:00pm. I've been back through the order process online and cannot find any notice about this time slot. My wife has left work without flowers. “Let down yet again !”

Third time now they have let me down big time! Having used them a lot and spent a large amount with them I have now given up with them! Ordered flowers last year for my friends 60th . Paid £50 for large bouquet but when they arrived they were half dead, They did send a replacement however surprise spoilt. “TOTAL LET DOWN”

I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday. My son was due to be there that day so it was part of his present to her. I left an instruction to leave on the door step if she wasn't in. “Shocking Service - Avoid at all cost!”

I ordered a bouquet of flowers on 18/08/14, and paid extra for 'same day' delivery. It was crucial the flowers were delivered that day, but unfortunately they weren't. “Delivered to wrong address and then blamed me!”

Had huge problems entering the country code and my mobile on their order website as it would delete all the numbers after you had entered about four! “Second rate flowers”

Received as a gift. Poor bouquet of flowers with brown patches on the petals. Did not remotely resemble that shown on the website. Flowers were poor quality, half the size and not worth the money paid. Instead of vibrant colours as shown they were all dull colours and frankly quite drab looking. I was bought flowers by work. Not sure how long they took to be delivered but they've lasted 4 days. I was given flowers from asda 4 weeks ago which are still flowering, I was given carnations 3 weeks ago which are still going and I was sent some scented lilies and roses from my mum which lasted 2 weeks. I have bought flowers on their use by date in tescos that have lasted longer!!!! Don't waste your money on this company. The telephone number they provide does not get answered! “Can't believe they deal in the fowler industry!”

They are clearly using flowers that are not fresh and I would never recommend them

Some relatives kindly sent my mother some flowers for her 82nd birthday. The flowers were smelling and dying on the first day she received them. On the second day she put them in the conservatory because of the smell. (Roses and Stocks). They clearly do not use fresh flowers in their bouquets. I e-mailed Serenata Flowers (note: there is NO way to contact them by telephone. I now know why). They did send a replacement bouquet to my mother, but guess what? I never write reviews but I am so shocked at the terrible service I thought I should share. I ordered flowers for my brother & sister in laws wedding anniversary - I was charged for the flowers but got an email saying 'delivery failed'. I ordered flowers for an anniversary to be delivered to my wife's office. They arrived at 7:40pm (9 hours after leaving dispatch), when only the reception was open. I had to travel in the next day just to pick up the items (as my pregnant wife was not working that day).
