“Uncontactable Company when they deliver wrong flowers”

I ordered a £50 bunch of flowers for Sister in Law's birthday. They replaced the roses for lilies, to which she is very allergic. I have tried contacting the company - impossible. Automated email reply saying they'd look into it, but over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't had a response. They don't do all their own bouquets - they have partner florists. “Appalling and disappointing service.”

When my daughter in law was due to come home from a long stay in hospital I wanted to send flowers to reflect the love and pride we felt for her. I chose the Freedom bouquet and up graded it to the deluxe version and included chocolates to be added to the order. The order was made at 13.21. After putchasing a bunch of flowers to be delivered for my mothers birthday I confirmed with a consultant on the site (contact us) the date of my delivery and that all way ready to go. “Avoid they are getting worse! ”

“Useless and rude”

I cancelled my order 3 hours after placing it (a week before the planned delivery date) and a month on I'm still waiting for my refund. I've contacted serenata numerous times and all they're saying is to check the reference with my bank, which I've done, and there's no proof they ever refunded. I sent them this evidence, and it's the same response again [go to your bank] I'm £30 out of pocket because they are useless and unreliable. I have made several order with Serenata Flowers and the recipients have been really happy with their flowers. I was also very satisfied with the flowers from Serenata which my daughter sent me from Dubai for Mother's Day. On Saturday 28 March I ordered a bouquet for my sister in law prior to their Ruby Wedding and asked for delivery to be on Monday 30th. “FAILED TO DELIVER - try elsewhere!”

Failed to deliver on the specified date. Impossible to speak to anybody to resolve problem. They have no telephone contacts. Submitting comments to their Customer Service section generates only automated replies which are heavy on banal meaningless commentary but provide no information as to resolution of problem. “Cancelled with no notice”

I placed my order on the Friday for delivery on the Sunday. The website guarantees delivery. It was for a 92nd birthday. Early afternoon on the Sunday I get an email telling me my order has been cancelled due to a technical hitch and I can't reply to this email. My money will be refunded between 3-5 days. I ordered flowers to reach my mother on the first wedding anniversary she has had to face alone since my father died. The flowers HAD to arrive. They did not. “Mothers Day Bouquet ”

I received a bouquet on Mothers Day from my step-daughter and was very disappointed when I opened the box. The roses and lillies looked old and looked 'burnt' around the edges. I assume they had been frozen for some time prior to delivery. I haven't told my step-daughter as I know she would have been very upset. “service good until flowers don't get delivered”

If your willing to risk flowers not been delivered and are happy with flowers being delivered in a box, service is good. “Awful Mother Days Bouquet”

“Poor delivery and poor communication from customer...”

My flowers were delivered to the wrong address and by the time I received them they were damaged and withered with a broken vase! The persons house they delivered them to figured out the delivery man had revered the house number and bought them round. She was away on holiday for over a week, so just found them on her drive way.
