    Good Points: Fantastic web site

    Bad Points: disappointing flowers that had been received by post.

    General comments: I sent flowers to my friend and she was really upset by the quality of what she had in a post box delivered by Royal Mail. When I checked flowers... well, I think the petrol station got better quality than that. Sorry.

    Despite ordering flowers in advance from Serenata Flowers - they were never received. Was offered a refund or a free upgrade to 'deluxe' an a re-delivery... but my partner's birthday had already passed. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    I ordered flowers to be sent as a thank you to my cousin for delivery the following day. I thought that the delivery would be unexpected however, having completed her email address as requested I had a phone call from her a couple of hours later saying that she had heard from Serenta Flowers who were trying to persuade HER to send ME flowers. I thought that was pretty cheap of them.

    Boyfriend Ordered Flowers to arrive on the 13th Feb 2008 - Nothing arrived - No sorry email - chased customer services that evening at around 8pm - got the response cant help you will call you tomorrow - following day still nothing - still no flowers - chased customer services - cant help you as we dont know which florest was given the order to fullfil - Not interested in sorting out the problem just kept getting silly girls calling who knew nothing about the issue - Finally the flowers have arr ...

    Providing nothing goes wrong the system appears to work, but if something breaks in the process they have no way of finding out what's happened or how to manage the customer.

    Failed to deliver. Paid for special delivery option for flowers to be delivered before noon which was unsuccessful. Spent the day trying to chase up my order. By 6.30pm I was told in a round about way if the flowers hadn't been delivered that was that. Got a refund but was left with a sad, flowerless mum on her birthday. I will never use this company again.

    It is the 5th day since I ordered the flowers from Serenata Flowers, and they haven't been delivered yet. Every time I call they tell me there was no one there to receive the delivery, when the reception is 24/7. Never again! Good luck to others out there who want to do something nice for a special occasion.

    They failed to deliver a bouquet on the day requested, yet they maintained that delivery had taken place. They later admitted that it hadn't, but they would take no responsibility themselves, blaming their couriers. They did not apologise either for non-delivery or misinformation. Refund took a long time to materialise, after much prompting, and staff were surly and unhelpful throughout the whole sorry affair. I will not be using Serenata Flowers again.

    The flowers delivered by Serenata seemed half dead, which spoilt the gesture of buying them in the first place - a bunch from the local petrol station at one tenth of the price would probably have been a better option! I complained to Serenata about this, and they promised a refund (16th March). On 24th March I chased up the refund, as there was no sign of one, and I was told that it could take up to 10 days, and I was promised that someone would call me back later that day to discuss, as Serena ...

    I ordered a bunch of flowers for my girlfriends birthday from Serenata Flowers. They were requested to be delivered on the 3rd of July 2006. When they arrived they looked like they were dead. I checked the website, and it did say on the e-commerce order tracker that the flowers were given to the driver on the 1st of July. In other words, they were sitting in the back of a van roasting to pieces until the 3rd of July. So much for FRESH FLOWERS! I have contacted the company twice now, and they ...

    After using Serenata Flowers, in Twickenham they failed to deliver flowers on Valentine's day and have had an inability to reach the organisation to discuss the matter - as they do not respond to e-mails (other than with auto responses), they fail to respond to faxes and it is impossible to reach them telephonic-ally since the line is constantly engaged or you are on hold with a voice message.
