I have had some problems with IJT carts. I had some problems with their cartridges. I emailed them and they said to send them back and they'll refund it. I sent the cartridges back to them and I called them up to find out if they had received them. First they said they had received all 5 cartridges. Then they said they only received 2 of the 5 cartridges when I came to ask them about the refund. They told me that there was a problem at the post office. The cartridges I had were empty.

Don't ever buy from IJTcarts.com on the basis of their "free giveaways". I was persuaded to increase my order from 5 to 10 on the promise of a free remote contro, speedboat. It turned out to be a useless pile of junk and when I complained they said "return it at your own expense and we'll send another. The last thing I needed was another pile of junk and so I just binned it and told them never to call me again.

IJT recycled Canon Pixma IP4200 cartridges - a disaster. DO NOT BUY. They leak onto your fingers. The ink does not flow. The cartridges are damaged. I regret trying to save money by buying these shoddy goods. I am now worried that my printer is damaged. I have the awkward transition between ridding myself of these cartridges/trying to get a refund/buying authentic cartridges/hoping printer isn't damaged permanentely. My advice - buy Canon originals.

IJT Carts always offering good advice if it goes pear shaped. Many companies just tell you to send item back without any hint of help but it always try to save you the hasstle of having to return a item that probally isnt faulty as has happened to may on several occasions.

Always happy to give advise on faied items. I was dubious but have been proved wrong many a time. Would always recommend having a couple of spares in stock incase of any failed items which has happen both with ijts stock and original stock.

I like the company, they do offer a good service. I did discover that they operate two sites. One in Somerset and one ion Jersey.

I think the Jersey one is their no frills, order online and goods posted royal mail service whereas their somerset office sends goods via courier for a small fee.

I bought a pair of carts for my inkjet - the black one worked, the colour one just didn't. I talked to their support centre and they suggested to carefully rinse the print head end of the cartridge. This didn't work, so I returned the cartridge as authorised.A couple of days later, a package arrived containing what I am fairly sure was the returned cartridge in it (the box, label and inner wrapping were damaged/torn in specific, noticeable ways - even the cartridge itself had what looked like t ...

I order monthly from them and spend quite a lot. They are always offering freebies as well, which is a nice perk.

I have never had a problem with delivery, a couple of faulty cartridges, but not many, and these were swapped next working day. I think they offer a good service.

They have all this flashy advertising but they ruined my printer as far as I am concerned. Their cartridges arrived late, took 12 days to arrive and when they did leaked in my experience. I asked to speak to a manager and the operator was rude as far as I am concerned, will never use IJT Carts again.

Great idea and great promotion but oh dear! Ended up costing me a new print head in my HP K550 as their cartridge clogged it totally. First delivery had wrong items, 3 black carts not working. Yellow cart then stopped. Everyday the machine needs to produce 3 sheets before the ink started flowing and every couple of hours throughout the day. Problems immediately solved by using genuine HP. One of their Lex no.1 wouldn't print all 3 colours. Wouldn't recommend www.ijtcarts.com.

I used this company mainly because I wanted a replacement for my HP color Laser jet 3550 printer and they were giving one away as long as you bought a set of their compatible cartridges.
The printer duly arrived and has been fine. However every single one of the
They have a good replacement process (luckily) where they pick the faulty carts up from you and replace them within about 7 days. Problem is that during this time your printer is out of action unless you go out and buy another cart ...

IJT Carts charge far less than originals, and are just as good. Quick delivery. Cheap. Helpful advice given.

I started dealing with IJT Carts for my HP printer, but I decided to try their inks for the Free DELL Printer I received with my new computer. Anyone else with one of these machines will know how much they cost, and how annoying it can be trying to order them from some foreign call centre!

I am delighted to say that the compatibles from IJT are as good as the Dell ones, and they even lasted longer. They are half the price, and you even get to speak to a UK call centre. Delivery was just 2 day ...
