Good Points: Absolutely none
General comments: Delivered Valentine's flowers on Feb 15th and wondered why I was upset about it. Feb 14th also happens to be my wife's birthday. Kabloom made me look like a deadbeat that had forgotten the special occasion. Flower deliveries are generally purchased with a very specific date in mind (holidays, funerals, weddings, etc.), so a nonchalant attitude about delivery punctuality is not only unacceptable, it's insulting.

I ordered flowers for delivery on Valentine's Day, 2006. The flowers did not arrive, not even as of COB February 16.
I tried to call Kabloom several times, but ended up on hold for over 15 minutes each time. Because of the nature of my work, I cannot stay on the phone for such extended periods of time. On February 16, my girlfriend, for whom the flowers were intended, called Kabloom customer service for me in order to cancel the order and request a refund.
