    The deal seemed fantastic, too good to be true, I know. Delivery was over a week late and two weeks after the phone arrived, I am still waiting for a phone number to be allocated. My old contract has now also ceased so I am without a phone. I will be fighting to cancel this with everything I have!!

    the worst purchase i've ever made. i was lured in by the offer of an unbeatable deal on my contract. the money saved was to be returned to me by the form of cash back (this part of the contract never materialized). after sending off countless letters and emails and receiving no replies i decided to contact them only to find out that their only telephone service is automated and does not involve any conversation with a human.     I'm really surprised to read the bad reviews about this company. I'm now on my 4th contract with them and have never had any problems. My cashback claims have always been processed quickly and the money is in my account usually within 7 days of my posting it of. I know that they have the rules about which bill you need to send and when, but to be fair they do tell you all that information when you take out the contract.     Phone arrived without sim card.I found it difficult to speak to a human customer services advisor.It seemed as though Customer Services had not read my e-mails properly.Missing sim card took 10 days to arrive. I will never use this Company again.

    Can't get hold of Mobile Express - been chasing £340 that they owe me since Sept 07 - they keep promising the cheque is in the post everytime I speak to them... 9 months on and I still haven't received anything from them.

    Went onto mobile express for a new phone and received it the next day. My wii with wii sports came with it. Love this service.
    I would definitely use this company again. they were excellent.

    I have had nothing but problems since dealing with Mobile Express www.mobileexpress.co.uk for my cashback. Now its changed to e-mail i have sent approx 20 e-mail's since march waiting for my cheque. I have had 2 cheques in past but had to keep phoning. No can't phone and i have had no acknowledgement of my correspondence.

    The website is great, giving full details of every phone, that's why i am giving it 1 out of 10. I would have given it 8/10 but it has been 7 days that my phone has not arrive and i am soon wanting my money back, if i don't get it by post, i will surely go to the company, up north London, take out about 30mins trip, and wanting my money back for the phone that i wanted but presently have not gotten yet. I just want to know is the website fake or real and contents included in it?

    Whilst searching for the best mobile phone deals I came across mobile express and was very impressed by the offers they had. Whilst looking through their site I notices that some header tabs had 'dial-a-phone' written on them. I then went to the dial-a-phone website and was surprised to see it was exactly the same. I personally think that with dial-a-phone having such a bad reputation that they've created another site with a different name. That put me straight off using this site and I'm not go ...

    My phone went for repair a month ago, I still haven't got it back yet, as far as I am aware there is no customer service whatsoever, no phone no's or email address to get hold of anyone.

    I got my phone through Mobile Express by searching on the web and they were excellent - my phone came quickly and the paperwork had all the details I needed to get started. I love my phone and when I get a new one I'll get it from Mobile Express again! Highly recommend!!
