Good Points: Anderson young were very helpful, the customer service was excellent, staff were polite and eager to assist me with any queries. Plus i received an excellent service with a new credit card and credit repair!
Bad Points: The service took a little longer than i would have liked but Anderson Young were efficient and had it set up within the quoted '7-10' working days!
General comments: I found the services offered by Anderson young very useful, I was told I could receive a credit card with a limit of up to £5,000 depending on my personal circumstances. I explained that I would be happy with £2,000 as I wanted the card to improve my scoring and give me extra security, when I received the card with a limit of £2,500 I was thrilled! Following this I also received a credit repair service which offered lots of advice on where to go next with my credit file.
A satisfied customer!

I read the reviews below after receiving one of their letters and as much as the offer was tempting enough for me to dive into, i remained a little dubious.i decided to phone the company as query their expertise.i spoke to a really helpful woman who explained that i too, like the woman below, was 80% pre-approved, as is everyone who receives the letter is.the credit card also holds a maximum of £5000 is fully approved, i may even be approved for a smaller amount this was explained to me.fo ...

I applied for the loan in October and paid the fee for it when they said that my loan was approved and after that day Anderson Young has never called me and it's me all the time chasing up my loan request and asking for refund. I cannot seem to get through when I phone, and when I finally get through, they don't appear to have any information about the refund, they told me that it's under process.

I had applied to lots of companies and had almost given up on getting what I wanted, I was a little wary of paying money to someone and that I might not see it again, but I was really pleased because I got my card today with a £5000 limit, I also got the new bank account and credit repair details, Anderson Young have really delivered for me. Took around 10 days to get the card I had applied for, but it was exactly what they promised.

I received the promotional pack advising that their computer had checked my details and it appears that I would qualify for a new bank account, credit card plus credit repair service.
After reading the review pages of this site I decided to give Anderson Young a call, when I advised them of my reading the reviews the operator became very short and eventually admitted that the "approval" was only 80%.

This company seems to prey on people who have very little in the way of money. They send you all the paperwork saying you have been accepted for a credit card, have your credit repaired and have a new bank account to put your finances straight. However this will seem like a fantastic opportunity especially when you have been turned down by just about every other loan company out there. I paid £50 to Anderson Young Loans, and all I've received is a glossy magazine of no use at all. I wanted a loan on their accepted credit card offer, but this is obviously not the case, and referals may need to executed. I eagerly await their response and/or a loan!?

I had the same thing happen to me with Anderson Young www.andersonyoung.net in March 2006 I sent £49 and in the end they said that the £49 was part of the paper work and they couldn't help me any longer I would never recommend this company to any one. Because I lost the £49 I gave and trusted to help me and that I couldn't afford to lose £49.

Paid £49.50 for a pack that included a loan, bank account and credit repair plan. Very good on paper but absolutely hopeless. I failed to get a loan, and they only sent me a report detailing what I can do to improve my credit rating. At the end of it all, they refused to refund me the money.

Since April 2006 I've been waiting to hear about my loan, and when I finally spoke to someone yesterday, they said their systems were down.
I've received no letters from Anderson Young regarding the outcome of my loan application. I now have to pursue them to get a refund.

I sent Anderson Young the £49 after they said they had approved my loan, and then later they said they couldn't do the loan. I am claiming a refund as I have got nothing for my money, and I have been waiting since April 2006 and it is now the end of August 2006.

Anderson Young look very professional on paper. Very experienced customer service reps when you call up and ask questions. They offer you a free bank account and a credit repair service.
