Exactly as last reviewer. Received voicemail saying product not available. Would I like alternative product or refund and that she would call again. No more calls received. 3 emails sent to hometanning.co.uk, requesting product by deadline or refund. I have received no replies so far.

I've had a bad experience with hometanning.co.uk. I placed an order on 15th May and there was an item missing from my order. I've contacted them several times via email, phone, fax and through their website but have received no response.
I spoke to trading standards who said I should send them a letter by recorded delivery requesting a delivery date. Apparently they have 30 days to deliver and then a further 30 days to issue a refund.

I also placed an order with www.hometanning.co.uk for the first time 2 weeks ago and have still not received my fake bake lotion. Sent lots of e-mails and left lots of phone messages and have never had any replies as of writing this review, now the web site is also encountering problems. I would not recommend them.

I am still waiting for my order I placed on the 25/03/08! I'm so disappointed as usually I can rely on them delivering my order the next day. I will cease buying fake bake from them from now on.

I placed a order with hometanning.co.uk 3 weeks ago and i am still waiting for my order although they have taken the money from my bank account. I have tried to contact them by phone but cant get through and my emails go unanswered.

I ordered some fake tan from home tanning 2 weeks ago it has not arrived they have taken the money from my bank account, I cannot get through over the phone left messages no one has returned them and they have not replied to any of my emails sent to them.

I recently ordered some fake tan from Home Tanning and was very impressed with the service I received. The website contains several brands of fake tanning products, and also sells tanning accessories such as lamps/sunbeds.
