Have you ever thought that if people took responsibility for there mistakes then maybe Travel agents would have a much better name.
Other Travel agencies are a little bit bitter about FC, although they make mistakes like any other agent but they usually alot older and usually miserable.
Flight centre is NOT a public service and need to be paid for their time, try and asking a doctor to give you advice without their fee being added on.
Flight centre gives young people a chance at a future in travel and eveytime i step inside an office im always greeted with a warm hello and excellent service.

HEY IF YOU DONT LIKE IT - GO AND WINGE SOMEWHERE ELSE

Absolute terrible customer service and defintly not worth the stress soo i would strongly advise not to book through them. They misinformed me with certain information then lied to get themselves out of the situation even though I had written evidence.
Having spoken about the issue with the travel agent, i was disgusted by the agents behaviour... he raised his voice and kept on calling me a lier down the phone!! Never again!! Completely disgusted.
Please do not book with them if you want to be ...

the flight centre made a mess up of my booking and then literally lied to get out of their mistake which upset me most . I would strongly advise people not to book through them.

As a travel agent, we deal with their mess ups & they generally have bad customer service. The Flight Centre prices vary with the time of month, if they've had a slow month, the prices do rise so that they can meet their targets. Their insurance is useless for tours... Jetset, Harvey World, most independant agencies have a lot more to offer.

Overall, service was fine. I found the deal myself and the The Flight Centre agent just booked it for me. I was however, very dissappointed because we were promised a room with 2 beds and a smoking room - the agent told me everything was fine and when I got there - nothing was as planned. I ended up getting a room with one bed and non smoking.

I'm not extremely satisfied with The Flight Centre. I purchased a 7-day vacation package with them last week and it was my first experience with them and it's probably gonna be my last. They say their prices are "unbeatable" which is totally not true...

We tried booking a wedding with The Flight Centre for many travelers. After all was booked and paid for, the dates changed 3 times, before parents and sibblings missing wedding. The only solution they had for us was to pay 700$ more or take the new dates.
Most travelers had to fly to Toronto to begin package, most flying from Vancouver. This cost more money in flights and hotels, not to mention the woes of juggling this vacation time with work.
We have had to cancel our booking now 4 weeks befor ...

Went to three different Flight Centres in the downtown area of Vancouver. Gave each of the offices the exact same itinerary. Two of them quoted the same price $1599.00, and the third a quote of $1125.00.
Some years ago I asked about the price guarantee, that if a travel agency other than Flight Centre offered a lower quote would Flight Centre meet the price and I was told yes, however when I asked if they would meet a lower price by another flight centre I was told that they would not complete ...

If you book a flight with Flight centre and then want to change the tickets try to call the Airline you are flying with directly. It's not flight centre that decides how much it will cost to cancel or change a tickets. It would be the airline they booked you with. So just try them first.

Flight centre knowledge and customer service is absolutely amazing!!! They are specialists in the areas you want to travel They will spend the time with you and tailor make your exact trip. Not sure about you, but I am happy to pay the extra for that level of service. We're all at work to make money, and yes I am sure they work on commission, and if they put that amount of effort into my holiday then I will pay. If I want no service, and no one to contact in case of an emergency, I will book on ...

My boyfriend and I went to Filght Centre to book ourselves a Christmas holiday to Venice. On booking our flights, the lady serving us seemed polite, compliant and good at her job, however, we were soon to discover that one of these were true.
We arranged to fly out on the 18th to the 22nd and therefore bought travel insurance and booked our hotel through them so that everything was sorted. However, when we were sent the E-ticket, we noticed that it said our flight were leaving at 5.20 on the 19t ...

Bristol Galleries - Flight Center. Booked our 4 nights away: insurrance for 18th, hotel for 18th signed the top sheet saying departs 18th, then they booked our flights for 19th.Told us it was our mistake! When they refused to even help with any aspect of the mess-up, i asked them to put this into writing- knowing this would surely end up as a court proceeding. She signed and dated her "cant help you because" statement with the wong date. They can't even use a calendar. Avoid at all costs!! ...

I have tried on two separate occasions to request a price from this company for Premium Economy flights from LHR - BKK return, and on both occasions after spending 5 minutes filling their online enquiry form my requests have gone unanswered. Thinking it may be a system error I tried submitting the same details but this time requesting First Class, to my surprise (or not) I received a prompt reply. If they don't want the custom of people travelling in lower classes they should say on their websit ...

All of these comments have a similar theme. Went oversea for 4 weeks with my family booked it all myself on line and decided to use the Flight Centre at Knox for the last leg our journey. WE paid them to book a hotel in Fiji, transfers from airport etc. When we arrived no transfer was available (had to catch taxi), the hotel room wasn't the one we wanted. I rang them and was I should of read the small print!

We will never use the Flight Centre for our flight arrangements again. They offered to beat the price by $10 for a flight I found on my own, but when the time came that I unfortunately had to cancel our trip they charged us a $500 fee to cancel the tickets and tried telling us that we agreed to pay this cancellation fee. Had I booked directly with the airline itself I would have only been responsible for a $99 per ticket cancellation fee. Very unorganized, they forgot to charge me for the tic ...

Flight Centre Knox is a disgrace. After stuffing up our booking 3 times they blamed me for their mistakes. Total disgrace. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked my holiday.

I am surprised that these have got bad reviews here. The service I got was well above the other operators I had phoned and the price was fantastic. My operator was always on hand to help and sorted visitor visa's for Australia as my working visa did not come through in time for finalising booking at the price quoted. I needed to have the first leg booked for just a few weeks time before an onward trip to Oz 6 months later and the Flight Centre was great. They rang me back when I had queries a ...

The whole experience has been an absolute disaster. I would not use this company to book anything. The manager I spoke to is possibly the rudest most obnoxious individual I have ever had to deal with. They over- charged us and then refused to give us a price breakdown of which we are still fighting for as the 'customer service' department is not responding to our letters. And there is conveniently no telephone number for them. The only reason we know this is that the poor girl at Holiday Auto's ...

For anyone planning on purchasing their next holiday, or even just flights, through Flight Centre here in Australia, a few short minutes reading this may very well save you several hundred of your hard earned dollars. Just think of what several hundred dollars could be used towards on that next holiday that you have saved so long and hard for. If reading this for just few minutes saves you money, then on my calculation, that is time, and ultimately money well spent.
So, how can I save money I he ...

Didn't inform me that the flight had changed! While in China I have to discover that Flightcentre have not book anything, even though we checked 3 time before the trip. It is actually cheaper to book your own flights and when something go wrong you know that you have not paid someone else who cannot do the job!
