Good Points: -long time in the sat nav industry-competitive prives-they seem excited about the technology-quick delivery-lots of positive reviews for research-able to contact by phone if needed

Bad Points: -none that i have had-wife compains about the money / time I spend on gadgets

General comments: I've used these guys quite a few times now. They've been around for a while from what I could pick up in my research before I used them the first time (around 3-4 years ago) . I started out in sat nav back in the days with a dodgy old pda system that was connected to a gps receiver via the irda port and more likely than not either sent me down the wrong route or couldn't pick up a gps signal. i can tell you my wife got sick of the hours i used to spend in the car trying to get it to work! anyway long story short i've always tended to get my gadget fix online from various stores - usually doing a quick google search to check out the company prior to buying. i first came across Easy Devices GPS Satnav store through the pocket gps forums which gave them some good reviews and have since used them on around 7-8 occassions. I've only ever had 1 issue with a tomtom unit which failed after about six months and it was replaced fairly promptly. other than that the couriers they use have been pretty good although they left once before i could get to the door however i managed to catch them down the street, i'm more than happy to recommend the service i have recieved and the friends i have sent their way are more than happy too.

Order came on time, however it was poorly packed and could easily have sustained damage on route. I ordered some accesories for my HTC device that were billed as official HTC. The products that arrived were not official and of substandard workmanship. Contacting the site was arduous at best. Easy Devices refuse to deal with you in any other way than email. Decent experience with Easy Devices GPS Sat Nav Store and would use again. Fast delivery and helpfull on the phone. Guy I spoke to knew which software would work on my PDA. And it did work when I managed to get it installed.

Only place with the Globatsat BT-368 in stock, good price and fast delivery. Would be happy to use again.

Email confirmations would be nice, but otherwise all was good

easydevices.co.uk is an excellent site, delivered my goods next working day, the prices are very competitive and so easy to contact with none of that annoying "wait" music other companies put you through. Nice people to deal with.

Excellent customer service. Good communication when I emailed with question about an item I'd ordered.
Item was out of stock when I ordered, but item still arrived in less than 5 days I will definately buy from this site again..

I would use them again. They aren't pushy and actually listen to what I wanted rather than some guy who also sells washing machines and microwaves. The company sounds decent which is good but you even hear of massive online companies going down. Would definitly recommend Easy Devices.

Still waiting for the dispatch.. Yesterday I phoned them to confirm if it has been.. Then this SG said that it has been dispatched.. Even e-mailed me that it has been done so.. surprise surprise.. nothing arrived today.. phoned them again.. guess what.. they said something is missing from the box.. they should have checked it first before even sending me an e-mail confirming that it was sent already.. I just wasted the day waiting for the delivery.. they didn't even call me or send me an e-mail ...

Easy Devices GPS Sat Nav Store were the first guys that I could find who were actually sitting on stock of the TomTom Rider 2. I'd called about half a dozen people before stumbling on them, and everyone else was out of stock, so these guys must have bought them all!!!

I purchased from the Easy Devices GPS Sat Nav Store thinking that their price was a bargain, and that the product was 'in-stock' (the terms & conditions say not to take the information on the web page as an actual representation of facts, but as a consumer we have the right to know exactly on the first contact; that is browsing their web page; if an item is currently available or not), then I received an e-mail that it was out of stock...typical! I'd done quite a bit of research on the Viamichelin x960 sat nav before I went ahead and purchased and I have to say that after receiving it that its every bit as good as the reviews. I hadn't used this company before but was recommended them by viamichelin which is why i used them.

They delivered my parcel to the wrong address, and refused to correct this even though the correct address was on the invoice. Easy Devices just asked for MORE money to resend it.

I would not recommend this company.

You cannot talk to Easy Devices GPS Sat Nav store support live. I have a faulty device. They first told me to call TomTom, and they told me to talk to Easy Devices. I have already had the run around. I will revisit this site to see if I do get a replacement for the faulty device. I am not happy at all.

I was unsure of which PDA to buy and so called up their sales department to see if they recommended anything. Knowing nothing about PDAs at the time, I was sure everything they told me would be over my head. The man I spoke to was extremely helpful and even took the time to compare with other models in the HTC range. I purchased it there and then and it arrived the next day. I have had no problems with the TyTN and would definitely use Easy Devices again as the provided helpful and fast service.

They seem to be working outside the law. They don't accept liability for a product that was clearly "not fit for the purpose it was intended". They have refused to give a refund and I have now spent 6 months! Trying to get a solution to the problem - which is a Designator 6 upgrade to my old designator 2. It has never worked on my pda - despite what they said, and they should have checked destinations website to see that (which I did later). Having sold the duff product they messed me abou ...

I found Easy Devices GPS Sat Nav store after reading several good reviews. I already had a Garmin i3 but it was time to get a new phone so I splashed out and went for the HTC TyTN after speaking to a guy at Easy Devices. The only problem I had was that I'd bought a Route 66 package with a GPS receiver and software on an SD card and the TyTN has a mcro SD slot! They were happy to swap my SD card for a micro SD card and even copied the software across for me which was great. Couldn't fault them at ...
