Good Points: Can feel the tightening right away
Bad Points: Will only last about 2 years with regular use
General comments: I have never found something to take that baby lower belly under control. I swear it does. The reverse crunches and the pulses (if done right) are amazing for that area. I have tried all other ab workouts, new and improved, and I will always go back to the 6 second ab. I need to buy another one, the one I have is on it's last leg.

If used on a regular basis and used correctly you can achieve great results with the Six Second Abs, if left in a cupboard and used once in a blue moon then don't expect to have abs like Arnie.

I have yet to find out if it does tone the abs up; my real concern is, will this plastic machine survive? I feel it is a design fault that the casing splits at its joints during certain excercises; as there is no fixing point in the casing where the pressure is applied. I am so far let down by this product. ...
