The LG 8180 is easy to navigate and the menus are well set out and understandable. Easy to message from recording all sent, received and saved messages. Video calling is great and easy to use. Full itemised call history available. Setting easy to change and can be pin code protected. Has a range of multimedia players including: video player, audio, image viewer and camera. Can group call contacts appropriately for fast finding. Organiser with a calendar, to do list, memo section and secret memo which is also pin code protected. It has an alarm clock, calculator which is highly accurate, world time conversion and a voice recorder for memos. Colour screen of a good quality. Light on the top of phone, very bright when turned on.
However, the flip mechanism cracked after 2 months, along a joint in the material which made it wobbly and difficult to use. Not as high a quality screen as I expected and the phone is very large which makes it unable to fit in pocket - a big downside. It strikes you as an 'older' phone due to its 'brick' size!
I wouldn't recommend it.
