Good Points: imode and 3g both in one,smooth look and fine sliding device
Bad Points: major bugs with bluetooth from the beginning I bought it and software problems after about a month...not very reliable
General comments: It's a nice mobile phone but I hope I am the only one who has had problems with it.

After reading some reviews about the Samsung Z320i mobile phone, I thought I'd chosen the wrong phone! Some negative comments from the younger users, but as yet I'm extremely pleased with it! Very stylish and very powerful phone. iMode is simple to use if you read the instructions. The camera is 1.3MP, and it is plenty good enough. I could go on and on.
My last phone was a Motorola E1 Rokr. Believe me, this phone is in a different class! I had free a bluetooth headset plus a £50 vouche ...

The Samsung Z320i is a rubbish mobile phone! The features are good, but it doesn't have the tools to back it up. The fact that it has no facility to expand the memory is unforgivable. Why put an MP3 player on it when you can only store 10 songs on it?
My old Motorola C975 gets full reception, whilst the Z320i can only manage half that. The battery takes a decade to charge, but only 5 minutes to run out. It takes a week to complete a text on it, and you can't use downloaded ringtones with it ...

The Samsung Z320i is a fantastic mobile phone! It does exactly what it says on the box. It is simple to use, even for the complete novice. The MP3 sound quality has brilliant clarity of voice in calls, and it is far better than any other phone that I have had. The ease of use around the functions is second-to-none.
All in all, this is a brilliant phone, and I would recommend it to anyone.
