I felt the service I received was very good. The people were friendly, down to earth and friendly. Above all was the tenacity in trying to find the right property that was suitable for my son and I.

We were first shown a flat that was below our budget but we did not like the premesis. Nik the agent understood we did not like the flat straight away and was quick to offer us a different flat which he felt we would like from our comments. The flat was over budget but we were assured we would love the place and should have a look. Turns out Nik was right, the place was amazing and we have since signed. The whole process has been quick, efficient and pretty much stress free!

Customer Service was good but we kept getting interupted during our meeting which made it longer than it had to be.

I recently rented a flat through Black Katz and have been very satisfied with their service. I went to a lot of agents but Black Katz were the most responsive and helpful. The only thing that I thought they can improve on is their service when getting into the flat; to come in the flat with you when you first move to show you a few basic things (e.g. how the heating, rubbish etc works). But overall I was very satisfied and I would definitely recommend them as it is indeed hard to find good letting agents in London.

I really enjoyed working with Black Katz.
All the process went fine, especially in a complex situation like mine.
I can just regret that the interaction stops as soon as the appartement is rented : no support with troubleshooting, eventhough they told me to call if anything happened.

George and Christina from the Black Katz have both been super lovely and ensured that moving into Crouch End was a very smooth process. They have been helpful and prompt in coming back with clear responses to any queries I have had. Excellent team!

I was particularly impressed with Ben at Black Katz. He was efficient and kept me updated with all new additions to the property list. He took time to understand my needs and tried to match them as closely as possible to potential rentals. He was very personable and I found his manner refreshing. He was honest and tried not to waste my time. Unfortunately there weren't many 3 bedroom properties available at the time of my search so I ended up going with a property at another agency. Regardless of this, I would recommend Ben wholeheartedly.

Black Katz were very professional in their approach. We had some bad experiences with estate agencies now showing up for viewings etc, but with Black Katz, it was easy. The guys showing us round were helpful and on time, but the real praise goes to Debbie in the Camden office, who has been brilliant throughout; easy to contact, quick to address issues, and friendly throughout.

I would recommend them to a friend, as they made the mine field of london property lets easy for us!

From a landlord's point of view, this was an unusually efficient experience. One minor hiccough when they failed to do a simple arithmetical calculation accurately, but they soon backed down. The full set of references that I required was sent to me by the deadline - just, but a wonderful surprise after the dreadful experiences suffered at the hands of Ludlow Thompson, and another branch of Black Katz in the past.

Good all round service. Khan was easy to chat too and found us a great place. The signing of contracts and general paperwork was painfree. Jennifer is ultra efficient and again easy to chat too. Whole atmosphere is really relaxed but they get things done.

I used the Black Katz Camden office and found the staff to be very pleasant to work with. In particular, Nick, Kayley, Lauren and Zia (as well as one other member of staff whose name I did not get but who actually located my flat for me), were very helpful, friendly, and efficient.

Most importantly, I am happy with the flat I found through them; they really listened to my requests and found a property which exactly matches my needs in tersm of size, location, amenities and conveniences. I highly recommend Black Katz and, compared to the poor standard of service I saw at all the other estate agents in London, they stand head and shoulder above the competition.

I used Black Katz in crouch end to look for a flat to rent in the surrounding area. Jonty had arranged 6 or 7 properties for me to see, and really understood the sort of property i was looking for. He was really friendly and told us a lot about the area as he drove us between properties! One of the flats was perfect (though more than the budget i had set!) and a month or so later I'm settled in and very happy! The rest of the staff in the office were friendly and efficient. I would definately use them again.

George at the Crouch End branch of Black Katz was really helpful in our search for a property.

We were quite awkward customers, with our property search changing halfway through from a 3 bed to a 2 bed and we were pretty specific about what we liked and didn't like. George was very patient with us, showing us pretty much every property on his books and constantly staying in regular contact with updates.

I have rented through Black Katz with George before, and one of the main reasons I came back to Black Katz was George's honesty in his sales, unlike many other letting agents, I didn't feel asthough I was being pushed into anything or being fed a 'letting agents' line. Although we did not end up taking a property with Black Katz this time, I will definately use them again in the future.

After being previously let down by another Agency (Foxtons), we had a very limited timescale in which to find a new place and have the deal wrapped up in order for us to occupy the property without being left homeless. We had already used the Blackkatz - Crouch End and found them very pleasant to work with. In the desperate search we phoned them up and within 24hours had a property signed, sealed and delivered! They were very helpful, friendly, and most importantly efficient. They hurried things along to suit our needs and ensured our deadlines were met. We now have a great place and it is down to all of their staff bending their backs for us and listening exactly to our needs - a rarity amongst Letting Agencies.

At the end of the day letting agents by definition get caught up with all sorts of problems and issues involving change of minds, other agents with counter offers, property not being completely ready - none of which can be helped a lot of the time.
Taking all this into account, generally i have had mainly favourable experiences as a landlord with Black Katz as they are quick and efficient and pretty professional too.
