    Black Katz/Nico Ltd were polite and friendly,helped me and 3 friends an amazing place 2 years ago.Just found another place and hope to stay even longer,nice 1 guys!

    I had a nightmare with Black Katz in Crouch End. Had numerous problems with the property including leaks and broken heating during winter and it took months to get the deposit back. Generally very unhelpful.

    The London Bridge office of Black Katz/Nico Ltd were very friendly and helped me find my flat with minimal fuss or bother. I think that they did exactly what you'd expect and want from an agency. Only called me about flats that were suitable (unlike other agents), were helpful and unbiased when informing me of plus and negative aspects of the areas I looked in. I'd use them again.

    After a few bad experiences with lettings agents I approached with caution, but was plesantly surprised. I would definately use Black Katz in London Bridge again, or recomend them to anyone looking for a property!

    Generally good, the agent picked me up from the tube and showed me four flats within an hour, all in my price range two where great and I took one and they got it ten pounds less than the asking price, moved in a week later.

    I was going to leave them good feedback if they deserved it. They didn ' t though.
    If I phone and they say we will call back in two minutes or call I back later. Feels like I wasted my time so I took the flat because I have no more time to look.
    When I first get shown around a few houses by someone who wants to help me, getting driven around I think that Black Katz are absolutely great.
    After finding a place which might be suitable (many flats did not fit my requirements) I believed be told that ...

    I'd use them again. These guys are really user friendly. They found me a flat and moved me in with no hitch.

    My housemates and I have also had a very troublesome experience through Black Katz. There fees are inconsistent with the service they offer.

    Flat was not ready, paperwork not followed up, etc. When I complained, they called my girlfriend and threatened us with "terminating the contract". Anybody dealing with them should insist on everything IN WRITING as you need to be able to trust what is said to you in person or on the phone.

    Bloomin Marvellous and excellent service.
    On the ball, and very rapid solution to our need for a place to rent asap. They were very knowledgeable and were happy to show me everything they had on their books within my price range.

    The house was not ready when I moved in, even when Black Katz promised me it will be. They didn't pay the 3 days hotel I was forced to get. They didn't clean the house after the reparations.They never returned the deposit arguing that the carpet was damage, but the flat had wooden floors!!They charged me twice for last month and when I asked for my deposit back, they asked me again for that month!!

    A friend and I are renting a flat through Black Katz and we were rushed into signing a contract, their fees were £95 for each which is outrageous plus we had to pay £6 ourselves to get the references from the bank! We were also charged £5 a week rent more than we agreed. Overall they are a poor agency and I definitely wouldn't recommend them. However, I think most of the agencies are like that unfortunately!

    We wasted plenty of time going to their office, just to find out that all the properties they had told us about were not available. Another time, we were left waiting for the non-arrival of an agent from Black Katz in the pouring rain. We had even spoken to him an hour before. There was no mention that he wasn't going to turn up.

    My partner and I rented a flat from them for 18 months. However, getting the deposit back is a nightmare. The staff in the office at Black Katz estate agents are unhelpful, and they never return calls. I ended up contacting the landlord and he was unaware.

    I have been very unimpressed with the Black Katz estate agent management team based in Camden, although the people in the Crouch End office whom I found the flat through were lovely. I rented the flat for nearly a year and found the management team extremely unhelpful, particularly when it came to getting my deposit back.

    We found a property, and paid our full deposit and admin fees to Black Katz/ Nico Ltd.
    Our references were checked and we signed the lease agreement.
    Hours before the move we were told we could not move into the flat and were not given any facts as to why.
    After constantly chasing them up for two and dealing with a huge amount of stress we were told that the flat would not be ready for at least 3 weeks.
    With nowhere to go they refused to help us with any costs incurred and ended up yelling a ...
