Sabena Al Kahila was small, initimate ship with lovely staterooms, baths & common areas. Enjoyed a very nice massage on-board and the service overall was quite nice. Pool/Sun Deck very nicely outfitted and truly the best seat in the house for watching the Nile flow by as you sail along.Nicely decorated, clean, friendly staff. Surprised at full range of services available on a small ship with short itinerary.

Because our cabin wasn`t cleaned we got a suite, which was great. More space than a hotel room! Big window to open, a little storage room, wonderful interior. The food was good as well. Service helpful and friendly.
The size of the ship, Sabena Al Kahila isn`t to big. There were around 80 other person. Was not to crowded.

Carpet on the top was a little bit dirty. The time for waiting to cross the watergate was very long (half a day). Hundreds of ships waited together. Close packed...

Excellent trip, tours well managed, good balance of rest/relaxation. Will be back again. Best holiday we have had so far.

The places to visit made the early starts very worthwhile, we often were back before the sun was too hot and could enjoy the onboard facilites.

We had a great week with Sabena Al Kahila. The early morning alarm calls are a bit of a shock, but well worth it to be at the sites early and avoid the queues. Our Egyptologist guide, Said, was excellent.

We found the Al Kahila crew to be very friendly and helpful. Tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Was a fabulous week.

The Sabena Al Kahila ship is lovely, and it is very well kept. The cabins were spacious and well decorated, with plenty of storage room. The crew were helpful and friendly. The food was good, and there was a good selection.

We were 'upgraded' without consultation to the Al Kahila from the Emilio. We were given a 'superior' cabin that was right at the back of the boat, above the exhausts, which was very noisy and smelly. After a great deal of hassle we were eventually moved to the deck below. It was not a spacious cabin!
The ship was far from new and furnishings were shabby and the carpet in our cabin was sorely in need of a clean.

We had a good 7 days of adventure. From start to finish the Sabena Al Kahila itinerty was well planned out. Fair enough the wake up calls were a shock to the system. The crew were excellent, from the lower decks up. All very polite and well presented. Would recommend to any one wanting to discover Egypt.

We had paid Sabena Al Kahila extra to be upgraded to a suite with a balcony. We were very disappointed to find that our 'suite' consisted of a bedroom and a walk-in wardrobe and no balcony.
