ordered a SwissVoice ePure Designer Cordless on 5 Dec 2012 got a confirmation from them.then no delivery came call them on 8 jan 2013 and they told me they discontinue the phone.so no delivery.will not use it again (read more)

Order placed 04/12 - only half has been received. No answer on the sales line, no answer on the support line Messages on the answer machine have opening hours at ever smaller intervals in the day. Only 14.00 to 17.00 today. Will never use again (read more)

Rubbish supplier. Goods faulty and dispite telephone calls & left messages they won't get back to me and won't sort the faulty goods. I'm now stuck with 2 chairs that are faulty and impossible to use fully as sold. (read more)

I had bad service of two accounts, where by the courrier (fedex) did not deliver the item or left a card for pickup. True, this is fedex's doing but the sales team at UK office direct could have made more of an effort to sort it out. (read more)

I used this company recently to buy this product http://www.directofficesupply.uk.com/products.asp?partno=hoxred. It was the cheapest I could find on the net. I was a little bit sceptical following the review about postage costs so I emailed the company to ensure there wouldn't be any nasty surprises. I placed and order for 3 small items that came to a total of £31.96 + VAT and a delivery charge of £6.63 that, in itself, I found to be hefty. The next day they came back to me and asked for an additional £26.00 as my address (UK mainland) was not in their delivery area. Why carry the UK logo when they can't deliver at a sensible cost?
One disgusted, never to be again customer with a cancelled order, others outwith the Watford gap, beware!!!!

UK Office Direct is a leading UK online supplier of office stationery, business machines, printer consumables and office furniture.
They offer discount savings online off up to 85% off rrp and would appear to be amongst the cheapiest in the UK. They also offer a price match guarantee whereby they will refund the difference if you find the same product cheao elsewhere on the web.
I would recommend giving them a try.

I had a very similar experience with them. IMPOSSIBLE to get them to answer the phone, return messages or reply to emails.
