Great guitar only downfall is levelling the tension on the rose.Great sounding lovely metal feel to it great trem great pickups for standard factory ones.Brought it for £200 had to reset the rose due to faulty shop setup of a rose.Only problem i ever have with this guitar is stings breaking (9-42's)but overall a great guitar worth the money and of course no longer in production so a good rare buy.

The Maverick X1 has an ultra slim neck, great sounds, great feel, great tremolo and all the rest, awesome! The only bad point is they're not made anymore.

I got a Maverick X-4 yesterday, and it's great, i was using it all day, i would recommend these guitars to anyone who bought a starter guitar and is now buying a better quality one, they last well and are very good quality.

Stunning original appearance, great sound, sounds great with all pitches, whether it's a screacing solo or a beefy rhythm. Although this guitar really should be shown off as much as possible, so I recomend giving it the role of lead guitar! A Fantastic overal guitar for a reasonable price. If you own one of these, you will look 100 times cooler than anyone else simply for it's amazing looks!

The Maverick X1 is a brilliant guitar! I fell in love with it as soon as I tried it out. I haven't met anyone that doesn't like it.

I got my Maverick X1 electric guitar about a month ago today. Mine is one of the original batch, and therefore I can confirm they definitely sound good for years (mine must be about 5 years old).
It sounds amazing at the moment, even though I need to get it set up and thoroughly cleaned (the neck looks as if it's never been cleaned).
I got it for £250 secondhand, and in my opinion, they could easily sell these new for at least £800. Luckily they don't, because otherwise these amazing guitars wouldn't be so affordable to most people.

I got my Maverick X1 electric guitar sometime last year, and I was really happy with it. It looked outstanding, and I couldn't wait to start playing. so I plugged it in and away I went. After about a month, the first problem happened, which was the volume roller jammed on a low volume! I tried to fix it, but nothing, and it's been like this ever since. Secondly it started to sound awful, even before the rollers got jammed, and the strings buzzed very badly! I payed over $500 for this piece of trash! I will not b getting another one of these. Take my advice get a Ibanez or a Crafter. They are cheaper and more effective.

The Maverick X1 Electric Guitar looks cools, sounds cool and the wamy bar is awesome. Changing the strings however is really annoying. If there is anyone that doesn't like the Maverick X1 Electric Guitar then I think they're mad.

The Maverick X1 is a great all rounder, for beginners or advanced. I will definately reccomend this to all buddys that come my way.
