  If you're going to get a Tele, get the Fender 72 Telecaster.
  It doesn't matter that it's Mexican because the the American model isn't much better, it's a lot more expensive as well.

  This Fender 72 Telecaster is one of most played guitars. Ever since I bought mine I can't seem to pick up anything else! Sounds great clean and dirty, my favorite sound is dirty with the toggle in the middle with over drive, a lil Eric Johnsonish, clean neck position nice and fat! Chords sound fat and full leads sound thick, check out Buddy Harper on My Space Music "Lovers" and no "Sunshine"and blues for life" all were recorded with my 1972 custom..

  I like the Fender 72 Telecaster guitar, am in love with it. Sounds so sweet to play. I can play it all day. Too much feedback so you have to stand in the right place on stage to get less feedback.
