I think animal crossing is a game that if you don't check it often your town will have some weeds, which are easy to pick. If you are short on money you can write letters and give your friends gifts. The may give you something back like an apple, orange, pear, or peach. You can plant these fruits and grow fruit trees, and you can then sell the fruit to Tom Nook for some bells. If the fruit is your native fruit Tom Nook will only give you 100 bells, but if the fruit is not your native fruit the h ...

Always something to do and its lifelike too. Lots of animals moving in and out and the festivals are cool. I would recommend Animal Crossing: Wild World to lots of different people for the Nintendo DS.

My favorite parts of the game are collecting fish, fossils, bugs and paintings for your museum, and the fact that you can customise your house, including getting wallpaper, furniture, flooring, clothing and dressers. You can also make patterns and use them for templates (doormats), shirts, walls and floors, or share them with your friends over wireless connection.

Overall, it's in between. I'm thinking of trying the one for GameCube, but let's see how it goes with DS first.

The reason I like this game is that you can build your house and put the furniture you want in it.

I love the idea of the menus that show your collection of fish, insects ect ect on Animal Crossing. Paying off your mortgage is like a goal to reach by making money fishing ect.

This is a fab game, I've had it since it came out mar 06 and for the first year I played it most days sometimes until my eyes ached! My daughter has it too and when her friends come round to the house we all play it together visiting each others towns. I don't play it quite so often now although I will have a spell of about a week where I pick it up again and cheat by changing the date so that I haven't missed anything. I would never part with it and the characters are just so cute especially K ...

I bought my Nintendo DS and was desperate for a game that wasn't platform or puzzle for me to enjoy. And so I bought Animal Crossing where I was invited into a wonderful world of mortgages, mail and fishing - sounds strange and boring - so isn't! Now I'm an adult, female, Nintendo freak - not many of us about I shall say, but this game ticked all the boxes for me. I loved The Sims until they revamped it and made it so you couldn't run it on any PC over 6 months old. But AC:WW is just everyth ...

Animal Crossing has turned out to be one of the most popular games on the DS so far. It was only released on the N64 in Japan, and it was not a huge seller on the Gamecube, yet Wild World has stormed the DS charts and the multi-format charts. What's all the fuss about you say? I'll tell you. The differences between the 3 version of Animal Crossing aren't huge, and they're essentially the same, but Wild World stands out from the others because it's handheld, so you can dive into your virtual l ...
