The Roberts RD20 is simple to use. Fantastic sound. No bulky mains adapter (just a normal mains lead) - a nice bonus, and there's no audible hum or buzz from transformer in unit - a sign of real quality. What more do you want?

The styling of the Roberts RD20 DAB digital radio looks a little 'cyberman-retro', but it works well with reasonable sound quality. This is the first DAB radio I've had, and I was expecting exceptional reception, but I still get some crackling/interference from time to time.
The rotary quick channel selector is unusual and takes some getting used to. You have to select a channel and then quickly press another button to select it, but it also has presets so I rarely use it.
